عنوان فارسی مروری بر اپیدمیولوژی، پاتوفیزیولوژی و علائم بالینی عفونت کووید ۱۹ به منظور راهنمایی برای سیاستگذاری و ارتقاء دانش، نگرش و عملکرد جامعه مرتبط با کووید ۱۹: یک مرور روایی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: بیماری کووید 19 که از سال 2019 در چین آغاز شده است، همچنان یک معضل پزشکی در دنیا است و فعلاً روش قطعی پیشگیری و درمان ندارد. در کشورهایی که در کنترل بیماری نسبتاً موفق بوده‏اند، مشارکت مردم در کنترل بیماری نقش به‌سزایی داشته است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، مروری بر اپیدمیولوژی، پاتوفیزیولوژی و علائم بالینی عفونت کووید 19 به منظور راهنمایی برای سیاستگذاری و ارتقاء دانش، نگرش و عملکرد جامعه مرتبط با کووید 19 می‌باشد. مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه مروری، با جستجوی کلیدواژه‏های مناسب مرتبط با عفونت کووید 19 در پایگاه‏های معتبر علمی نظیرPubMed, Google scholar, CDC, WHO, NEJM ,Cell Press  از دسامبر 2019 تا آگوست 2020 و گردآوری اطلاعات و تجزیه و تحلیل آنها صورت گرفته است. یافته‏ها: انتشار سریع ویروس کووید 19، ارتباط شدت بیماری و مرگ و میر آن با عوامل متعدد، انتقال تنفسی به ویژه در فاصله کوتاه، به‏کارگیری ماسک، شستشوی دست‏ها و رعایت فاصله فیزیکی به عنوان مهم‏ترین راه پیشگیری، متنوع بودن علائم بالینی و در عین حال تب و سرفه به عنوان شایع‏ترین نشانه‏های بالینی، درمان با داروهای غیر اختصاصی ضد ویروسی و درمان مبتنی بر کنترل علائم بالینی و تقویت ایمنی با داروهای شناخته شده و توجه به کودکان به عنوان ناقلین بی‏علامت، و پرعارضه شدن بارداری در صورت ابتلاء به کووید 19، مهم‏ترین یافته‏های این مطالعه هستند. نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاوی نکات کاربردی است که آگاهی از آن‌ها، در راستای سیاست‌گذاری و هم‌چنین ارتقاء دانش لازم برای عفونت کووید 19 در جامعه کمک کننده است. واژه‌های کلیدی: کووید 19، مطالعه مروری، اپیدمیولوژی، علائم بالینی، طب سنتی، ارتقاء دانش

عنوان انگلیسی A Review on Epidemiology, Pathophysiology and Clinical Manifestations of COVID-19 Infection in Order to Guide Policy Making and Promotion of Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of the Society Associated with COVID-19: A Validity Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله   Background and Objectives: COVID-19 infection, which began since 2019 from China, is introduced as a medicinal problem in the world. There is no certain treatment and preventive way actually. In countries that have been successful in controlling the disease, people's participation has played an important role in controlling the disease. This study was a review on epidemiology, pathophysiology and clinical manifestations of COVID-19 infection in order to guide policy making and promotion of knowledge, attitude and practice of the society associated with COVID-19 Materials and Methods: This is a review study in which appropriate key words were researched within authentic scientific spaces such as PubMed, Google scholar, CDC, WHO, NEJM and Cell Press from December 2019 till August 2020 and then, subjects were collected and analyzed. Results: Rapid spread of COVID-19 virus, the relationship between disease severity and mortality with various factors, respiratory transmission, especially in short distance, masks, hand washing and physical distance observance as the most important way to prevent, diversify clinical symptoms and at the same time fever and cough as the most common clinical symptoms, treatment with non-specific antiviral drugs and treatment based on controlling clinical symptoms and strengthening immunity with known drugs, paying attention to children as asymptomatic carriers, and pretentious pregnancy in the event of COVID-19 are the most important findings of this study. Conclusion: The findings of this study are practical points that awareness of those points is effective in both policy making and promoting the necessary knowledge for COVID-19 infection in the community.
