عنوان فارسی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی از نظر مدرسان و فراگیران بیمارستان‌های شهرستان ساوه در سال ۱۳۹۸: یک مطالعه توصیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: آموزش­های بالینی حلقه اتصال مطالب تئوری دانش­جویان رشته­های گروه پزشکی و ارائه خدمات بالینی به بیماران می­باشد و این پژوهش عوامل مختلف تأثیرگذار بر آموزش­های بالینی را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و عوامل مؤثر برکیفیت آموزش­های بالینی از نظر مدرسان و فراگیران شناسایی شده، تا با بهبود فرآیندها به بهبود کیفیت آموزشی کمک شود. مواد و روش ­ها: این پژوهش به دو روش کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی با 20 نفر خبره مصاحبه شد. از اطلاعات به دست آمده پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته ایجاد گردید و پس از تأیید پایایی و روایی بین 198 نفر دانش­جویان بالینی در رشته‌های پرستاری، اتاق عمل و هوشبری که در بیمارستان­های شهرستان ساوه در سال 1398 دوره آموزش­بالینی را می‌گذراندند و اساتید دانشکده علوم پزشکی ساوه توزیع شد. اطلاعات مرحله کیفی با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA  نسخه 10 تحلیل شد و اطلاعات مرحله کمی با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شد. نتایج به دست آمده با تحلیل عاملی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بهبود فرآیندهای آموزشی 23 عامل دخالت دارند. در مورد کمبودها و نیازهای آموزشی 17 عامل که از مهم­ترین عوامل کمبود، اتاق آموزش در بخش­ها با 8/45 درصد بود. مهم­ترین عامل درمورد نتایج و پیامدهای بهبود فرآیند­های آموزشی، رضایت بیماران با 2/59 درصد بیش­ترین نظر کاملاً موافق را داشته است. نتیجه­ گیری: عوامل اصلی در مدل ارزیابی کیفیت شامل بهبود فرآیندهای آموزشی، نتایج و پیامدهای بهبود فرآیند آموزشی، کمبود نیروی انسانی  متخصص، کمبود فضا و امکانات و تجهیزات و ارزیابی صحیح آموزشی می‌باشد. واژه­ های کلیدی: کیفیت، آموزش بالینی، فرآیند

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Affecting the Quality of Clinical Education from the Perspective of Teachers and Learners of Saveh Hospitals in 2019: A Descriptive Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Clinical education is a link between the theoretical content of medical students and the provision of clinical services to patients. This study evaluates various factors affecting clinical education and factors affecting the quality of education identified by instructors and learners, to help improve the quality of education by improving processes. Materials and Methods: This research was conducted in two ways: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative stage, 20 experts were interviewed. From the obtained information, a researcher-made questionnaire was created and after confirming the reliability and validity, was distributed among 198 clinical students in the fields of nursing, operating room and anesthesia in Saveh hospitals in 2019, who were passing clinical training course, and the professors of Saveh University of Medical Sciences. Qualitative stage information was analyzed by MAXQDA software version 10 and quantitative stage information was analyzed by SPSS software version 23. The results were analyzed by factor analysis. Results: The results showed that 23 factors are involved in improving educational processes. Among the 17 factors regarding the shortages and educational needs, one of the most important factors was the shortage of the training room in the wards with 45.8%. Regarding the results and consequences of improving educational processes, the most important factor was patient satisfaction with 59.2%, having the most completely agreed opinion. Conclusion: The main factors in the quality assessment model include improving educational processes, results and consequences of improving the educational process, lack of specialized manpower, lack of space and facilities and equipment, and proper educational evaluation.
