عنوان فارسی بررسی الگو‌های متفاوت کشیدن دندان مولر بر حافظه‌ موش صحرایی: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: کشیدن دندان یکی از راه­های درمانی بیماری­های دندان است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر الگو­های مختلف کشیدن دندان مولر بر روی حافظه کوتاه­مدت و میان­مدت در موش صحرایی انجام شد. مواد و روش­ها: در این مطالعه تجربی تعداد 45 سر موش صحرایی به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه شامل کنترل بدون کشیدن، گروه کشیدن مولر­های دو­طرفه­ی ماگزیلا (E1)، گروه کشیدن مولر­های چپ ماگزیلا و راست مندیبل (E2) تقسیم شدند. به منظور ارزیابی حافظه­ فضایی از آزمون موریس استفاده گردید. جهت آنالیز داده­ها از آزمون واریانس یک طرفه و تست Tukey استفاده شد. یافته­ها: در تست­های حافظه­ی کوتاه مدت تعداد دفعات ورود به ناحیه هدف به طور معنی­داری در گروه E1 کم­تر از گروه کنترل به‌دست آمد (003/0p=). در گروه  E2مدت زمان سپری شده در ناحیه هدف و مسیر طی شده در ناحیه هدف بیش­تر از گروه E1 به­دست آمد (p< 0/05). نتیجه­گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که الگوی کشیدن دندان ممکن است فاکتور تأثیر­گذاری بر روی حافظه باشد. واژه­های کلیدی: کشیدن دندان مولر، حافظه­ی کوتاه­مدت، حافظه­ی میان مدت، موش صحرایی

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of Different Patterns of Molar Teeth Extraction on Memory in Rats: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Tooth extraction is one of the ways to treat dental diseases. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different molar tooth extraction patterns on short-term and middle-term memory in rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 45 male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group (C) without pulling, pulling group 1 (E1) by pulling bilateral maxillary molars, and pulling group 2 (E2) by pulling the left maxillary and right mandibular molars. The Maurice Watermase test was performed to assess spatial memory. Tukey's test was used to analyze the data. Results: In short-term memory tests, the number of visits to the target area was significantly lower in group E1 than in group C (p=0.003). In group E2, the time spent in the target area and the distance traveled in the target area was longer than group E1. Conclusion: This study explained that the molar teeth extraction may impair the memory ability.
