عنوان فارسی بررسی سطح آگاهی و عملکرد نانوایان شهر ایرانشهر در مورد پیش‌گیری از بیماری کووید-۱۹ در سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: کارکنان مرتبط با مواد غذایی ممکن است ویروس کووید-19 را با سرفه کردن و یا عطسه کردن به مواد غذایی انتقال دهند، از این رو آگاهی کارکنان مواد غذایی از راه­های انتقال و پیش‌گیری ویروس کووید-19 مهم است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح آگاهی و عملکرد نانوایان شهر ایرانشهر در مورد پیش‌گیری از بیماری کووید-19 انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی تعداد 47 نانوایی مشغول به کار در سطح شهر ایرانشهر از طریق نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای تصادفی در سال 1399 انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش سطح آگاهی (15 آیتم) و چک لیست عملکرد بهداشتی (17 آیتم) جمع­آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی، آزمون دو جمله­ای فریدمن و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل آماری SPSS نسخه 25 در سطح معناداری 05/0 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی نمونه­های پژوهش 8/9±56/29 سال، میانگین سابقه کاری 54±36/51 ماه بود، سطح تحصیلات دبیرستان بیش‌ترین فراوانی را داشت (2/36%)، 9/64% متأهل، 4/89% ساکن شهر، 8/46% به عنوان فروشنده مشغول به کار بودند. میانگین نمرات متغیر عملکرد 4/5±59/18 و کمی بیش‌تر از مقدار متوسط (عدد 17) و میانگین متغیر آگاهی 9/2±48/25 و بسیار بیش‌تر از مقدار متوسط (عدد 15) بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت پیش‌گیری و کنترل این اپیدمی و قطع زنجیره انتقال عفونت باید مداخلات آموزشی مناسب جهت افزایش آگاهی و عملکرد جهت تک تک افراد جامعه و به خصوص افراد دخیل در تهیه و توزیع مواد غذایی طراحی و اجرا شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Awareness and performance of the bakers regarding the prevention of covid-19 in Iranshahr city, 2020
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Aim: It is possible for food-related staff to be involved in transmitting covid-19 by their contact such as coughing or sneezing. Therefore, the knowledge of food-related staff about the transmission modes and prevention of covid-19 is very important. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the awareness and performance of bakers working in Iranshahr city regarding the prevention of covid-19. Methods & Materials: In this descriptive study, 47 bakeries in Iranshahr city were selected using stratified random sampling in 2020. Data were collected by a demographic characteristics form, a researcher-made questionnaire to measure the level of awareness (15 items), and the hygiene performance checklist (17 items). The data were analyzed by Friedman test using the SPSS software version 25 at the significance level of 0.05. Results: Average age of the participants was 29.56±9.8. average work experience was 51.36±54, The highest percentage of education level was high school (36.2%), 64.9% were married), 89.4% were resident of Iranshahr city, and 46.8% were bread sellers. Average score of performance was 18.59±5.4 that was a little more than desirable amount (17). Average score of awareness was 25.48±2.9 that was much more than desirable amount (15). Conclusion: Considering the importance of prevention and control of the epidemic and cutting the chain of transmission of the infection, appropriate educational interventions should be developed to improve the awareness and performance of each individual in the society, especially those who are involved in the preparation and distribution of the food products.
