عنوان فارسی مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری داخلی جراحی ایران با آمریکا
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با ارتقای انتظارات بیماران،گسترده‌شدن علم پزشکی، ضرورت پیشرفت حرفه‌ای در پرستاری و کمبود نیروهای متخصص پرستاری؛ ارائه برنامه آموزشی مرتبط با نیاز جهت تربیت پرستارانی متبحر و توانمند ضرورت می‌یابد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف مقایسه و ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی‌ارشد پرستاری داخلی‌جراحی ایران با آمریکا انجام شد. روش‌: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری‌تطبیقی می‌باشد که در سال 1399 انجام شد. ابتدا یک دانشگاه برتر در جهان از طریق جست‌و‌جو در اینترنت انتخاب شد، سپس اطلاعات موردنیاز جمع‌آوری شدند و با استفاده از الگوی برودی 4 مرحله‌ای مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: دانشکده پرستاری جانزهاپکینز قدمت بیشتری در تاسیس دانشکده و تاسیس دوره مذکور دارد. فلسفه، رسالت و چشم انداز برنامه پرستاری داخلی جراحی در ایران برخلاف آمریکا به صورت مستقل تعریف شده است. اهداف کلی دوره در هر دو دانشکده پرستاری به صورت منحصر به فرد تدوین شده است. پذیرش دانشجو در ایران به صورت متمرکز و بر اساس آزمون کتبی صورت می گیرد اما شرایط آموزشی، پژوهشی، مهارتی، قانونی و ضوابطی داوطلبان در آمریکا با معیارهایی عینی بررسی می شود و پذیرش دانشجو به صورت غیرتمرکز می‌باشد. به‌جز چندین واحد درسی، سایر واحدهای درسی این دوره در ایران و آمریکا با هم‌پوشانی دارند. همچنین طول‌مدت تحصیل این دوره در آمریکا، 6 ترم و در ایران، 4 ترم می‌باشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: گنجاندن مطالبی درباره سیاستگذاری و مدیریت در تعریف دوره ؛ گنجاندن مطالبی درباره همکاری‌های بین‌المللی در تعریف فلسفه، گنجاندن لزوم رسیدن به جایگاه برتر و صاحب‌نظر شدن در تعریف رسالت، تخصصی‌تر شدن دوره به بیماری‌های حاد و مزمن در دو سطح پیشگیری، تطبیق هر چه بیشتر اهداف ‌کلی و محتوای دروس با فلسفه و رسالت دوره و پذیرش دانشجو با شاخص‌‌های عینی برای بهبود برنامه آموزشی رشته پرستاری داخلی‌جراحی در ایران پیشنهاد می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Study of Medical and Surgical Nursing Master's Education Program in IRAN and USA
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: With the increase of expectations of patients, the expansion of medical science, the need for professional advancement in nursing and the shortage of specialized nursing staff, providing a training program related to the need to train skilled and capable nurses is essential. This study aimed to compare and evaluate the medical surgical nursing masterchr('39')s education program in IRAN and USA. Methods: This review-comparative study conducted in 2020. First, a top university in the world selected through an Internet search, then required information collected and compared using Bereday's four-stage model. Results: The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing has a long history of establishing the school and the course. The philosophy, mission and perspective of the medical surgical nursing program in Iran, unlike in the United States, defined independently. The general objectives of the course uniquely formulated in both nursing schools. Student admission in Iran is centralized and based on a written test, but the educational, research, skills, legal and regulatory conditions of candidates in the United States examined by objective criteria and student admission followed by a decentralized pattern. Except for a few units, other units in this course are overlapping in Iran and the United States. In addition, the duration of this course in the United States is 6 semesters and in Iran is 4 semesters. Disscussion and Conclusion: including content on policy and management in definition of the course, including content on international cooperation in course philosophy, including the need to achieve a superior position and expertise in course mission, specialization of the course to acute and chronic diseases at two levels of prevention, adaptation the general goals and content of the courses to the philosophy and mission of the course and the admission of students with objective indicators, to improve the curriculum of medical and surgical nursing  are offered in Iran.
