عنوان فارسی عوامل موثر بر مهارت ارائه خبر بد به بیمار و همراهان(یک مقاله مروری)
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه : انتقال خبر بد، از وظایف دشوار تیم مراقبتی است. این موقعیت به همان اندازه ایی که برای مددجویان طاقت فرسا و گران است برای تیم مراقبت از سلامت نیز استرس زا و ترس آور است. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین [L1] عوامل موثر بر مهارت ارائه خبر بد به بیمار و همراهان انجام شد. روش کار :  این مطالعه بصورت مرور روایتی انجام گرفت . در مطالعه حاضر، مطالعات فارسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی زبان،  مانند   Elm Net، Noormag، SID, Magiran، با کلید واژه های خبر بد، افشای تشخیص، حقیقت گویی، بیمار، کادر درمان از سال 1385تا 1399جستجو شد. برای جستجوی مطالعات به زبان انگلیسی از کلید واژه‌های  Diagnosis Disclosure,Breaking Bad News   , Truth-Telling, Patient, Medical Staff در پایگاه داده‌های  Research gate, Elsevier, Science DirectPubmed , Scopus در بین سال 2009-2020 استفاده شد. همچنین جستجو در پایگاه اطلاعات Google Scholar به فارسی و انگلیسی انجام شد. معیار های ورود شامل: مقالات کامل فارسی و انگلیسی بوده است. معیار های خروج شامل عدم دسترسی به مقاله کامل بوده است. مقالات مروری نیز از مطالعه خارج شدند. پس از جستجو در بانک های اطلاعاتی، 208 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. محققین با اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج و حذف موارد تکراری، تعداد 27 مقاله را مورد بررسی قرار دادند. یافته ها: [L2] یافته ها نشان داد عوامل فردی و سازمانی، ارتباطی و حمایتی از عوامل موثر بر خبر بد هستند و آموزش در این زمینه ناکافی است، لذا با توجه به یافته های مطالعه می توان از شیوه ایفای نقش و ابزار مولتی مدیا استفاده نمود و همچنین دستورالعمل اسپایکز نقش مهمی در ارتقا مهارت ارتباطی دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری : با توجه به یافته های مطالعه توصیه می شود سیاستگذاران خدمات سلامتی و مدیران بیمارستان ها با ارائه دستورالعمل مناسب با شرایط فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور و نیز با برگزاری کلاس های مهارت ارائه خبر بد، با در نظر گرفتن عوامل موثر ذکر شده در ارتقا مهارت ارائه خبر بد تلاش نمایند.  [L1]در بیان هدف به جای واژه "بررسی"  از "تعیین" استفاده می شود.  [L2]یافته ها بسیار خلاصه نوشته شده است و نیاز است این عوامل بیشتر باز شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors affecting the skill of presenting bad news to the patient and companions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Transmitting bad news is one of the difficult tasks of the care team. This situation is as stressful and costly for the healthcare team as it is tedious and expensive for the clients. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the skill of presenting bad news to the patient and companions. Methods: This study was a narrative review. In the present study, Persian studies were searched in Persian language databases such as Elm Net, Noormag, SID, Magiran, With The Keywords Bad News, Diagnosis Disclosure, Truth-Telling, Patient, Treatment Staff from 1385 to 1399. To search for studies in English, the keywords, breaking bad news, diagnosis disclosure, truth-telling, patient, medical staff in the database, Research gate, Elsevier, Science DirectPubmed, Scopus between 2009-2020 were used. The Google Scholar database was also searched in Persian and English. Inclusion criteria included complete Persian and English articles. Exclusion criteria included not having access to the full article. Review articles were also excluded from the study. After searching the databases, 208 articles were included in the study. The researchers examined 27 articles by applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and eliminating duplicates. Results: The findings showed that individual factors, communication factors and supportive factors are the factors affecting the bad news. Training in this area is insufficient. Therefore, according to the findings of the study, the role-playing method and multimedia tools can be used, the spikes protocol also plays an important role in improving communication skills.  Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it is recommended that health policy makers and hospital managers by providing appropriate instructions to the cultural and social conditions of the country and also by holding bad news presentation skill classes, taking into account the mentioned effective factors. Try to improve bad news presentation skills.
