عنوان فارسی نقش هوش معنوی و رضایت از زندگی در سلامت روان پرستاران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یکی از مهم­ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در پیشرفت هر سازمان، سلامت روان کارکنان آن است. توجه به سلامت روان پرستاران به خاطر حساسیت شغلی آنان ضرورت دارد. از جمله متغیرهای مهم که می­تواند سلامت روان را پیش­بینی کند هوش معنوی و رضایت از زندگی است؛ در همین راستا تحقیق حاضر در پی بررسی توان پیش بینی سلامت روان پرستاران از طریق هوش معنوی و رضایت از زندگی است. روش کار: روش تحقیق پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی شهر اردبیل (1026=N) در سال 1398بود. حجم نمونه (351=n) از طریق جدول نمونه گیری مورگان مشخص و نمونه مورد نیاز به صورت تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش معنوی کینگ، رضایت از زندگی داینر و همکاران و سلامت روان (SCL-25) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از روش­های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی ( ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره) به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS-22 انجام گرفت.  یافته ­ها: تحلیل داده­ها نشان داد که بین سلامت روان با هوش معنوی و رضایت از زندگی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل داده­ها نشان داد که از بین مولفه­های هوش معنوی مولفه­های آگاهی متعالی (417/0- = β008/0

عنوان انگلیسی The role of spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction in the mental health
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: One of the major factors affecting the development of any organization is its employeeschr('39') mental health. Due to the job sensitivity of nurses, it is necessary to pay attention to their mental health. The present study was to investigate the Prediction of nursechr('39')s mental health based spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction. Methods: Research method is of descriptive type. The population of the research consists of nurses of medical educational centers of Ardabil (N = 1026). The statistical sample (n = 351) was specified by Morgan table and was selected through accidental class sampling method. To collect data, 3 standard questionnaires including SCL-25, SWLS and kingchr('39') spiritual intelligence were used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression analysis) with the SPSS-22 software. Results: The analysis of the data showed that Spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction to be able to predict the mental health nurses. Form the components of Spiritual intelligence, two components: Transcendental Awareness (β =- 0.41) and Conscious State Expansion (β = -0.21), also spiritual intelligence (β = -0.30) and life satisfaction (β = -0.17) able to predict nursechr('39')s mental health. Conclusions: Results of this study showed that Spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction can predict mental health among nurses, therefore it is essential that managers of health centers, planned to promote Spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction at their discretion. Through improving Spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction, improved mental health.
