عنوان فارسی مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزش دوره کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور و ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه های آموزشی دانشگاهی، با شناسایی شباهتها و تفاوتها، رویکردهای نوینی برای رقابت بین دانشگاهها و تضمین کیفیت ارائه می دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی و ایران انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، با بکارگیری الگوی آموزش تطبیقی بردی در سال 1398 انجام شد. آخرین برنامه آموزشی و درسی دوره کارشناسی پرستاری، از سایت رسمی وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی ایران و سایت دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور دریافت شد. داده ها با استفاده از مدل آموزش تطبیقی بردی، در چهار مرحله توصیف،  تفسیر،  همجواری و مقایسه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها:  برنامه کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور و ایران در اصول اساسی برنامه ریزی آموزشی و اجرای برنامه به صورت تمام وقت، حضوری و مبتنی بر راهبردهای آموزشی دارای شباهتهایی است، اما برنامه هر دو کشور در جزئیاتی شامل: طول دوره، تعداد واحدها، نحوه ارائه دروس پایه، ارائه دروس اختصاصی فقط در کاراموزی، نحوه جذب دانشجو، ارتباطات بین حرفه ای و بین المللی سازی، دارای تفاوتهایی است.  نتیجه گیری: وجود ویژگی انعطاف پذیریی و پویایی در برنامه آموزش دوره کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه ملی سنگاپور را به یکی از ده دانشگاه برتر جهان تبدیل نموده است. توجه به تجارب دانشگاههای برتر جهان می تواند برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران را به استانداردهای بین المللی نزدیک نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative Study of Undergraduate Nursing Program in National University of Singapore and Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The comparative study of university program, by identifying the similarities and differences, it offers new approaches to competition between universities and quality Assurance. The purpose of this study was to comparative study of undergraduate nursing program in national university of Singapore and Iran. Methods: This descriptive study was carried out Bereday's comparative education model in 2019. The latest undergraduate nursing program was obtained from the official website of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran and the National University of Singapore website. Data were analyzed using the Bereday's comparative education model in four stages of description, interpretation, Juxtaposition and comparison. Results: The nursing undergraduate program at the National University of Singapore and Iran has similarities in the basic principles of educational planning and full-time, face-to-face and educational strategies, but there are differences in the details, include: course length, number of units, basic courses, specialized courses, student recruitment, inter-professional communication and internationalization. Conclusion: The flexibility and dynamics of the undergraduate nursing education program have made Singapore National University one of the top universities in the world. Considering the experiences of the world's top universities can bring Iran's undergraduate nursing program closer to international standards.
