عنوان فارسی بررسی غلظت آلاینده‌های هوا و پارامترهای محیطی در شرایط عادی و همزمان با پاندمی کرونا، یک مطالعه موردی در بیمارستان (۹۹-۱۳۹۸)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: آلودگی هوا در بیمارستان‌ها می‌تواند تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت بیماران، کادر درمان و همراهان باشد و همه‌گیری کرونا اهمیت توجه به کیفیت هوا را اثبات کرد. پژوهش حاضر تاثیر حضور ملاقات‌کنندگان در شرایط عادی و اعمال محدودیت‌های بیمارستانی در زمان پاندمی بر کیفیت هوا و پارامترهای محیطی در یک بیمارستان را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده است.      روش‌ بررسی‌: نمونه‌برداری از هوای بیمارستان ولی‌عصر (عج) زنجان در دو مقطع زمانی شهریور 1398 (صبح و ساعات ملاقات) و همزمان با پاندمی در مهرماه 1399 انجام شد. کلیه بخش‌های داخل بیمارستان و محیط بیرون از نظر آلاینده‌های هوا (PM2.5، PM10، NO2، SO2، CO2) و پارامترهای محیطی (دما، رطوبت و ترازهای صوتی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد به استثنای سطح ترازهای صوتی، دیگر آلاینده‌ها در سطح مجاز است. ذرات معلق سایزهای مختلف در هوای بیمارستان دارای همبستگی و اغلب منشاء بیرونی و به واسطه فعالیت‌های عمرانی وارد می‌شود ولی دی‌اکسید نیتروژن وابسته به ترافیک شهری است. ساعات ملاقات با افزایش غلظت ذرات معلق و سطح ترازهای صوتی همراه است. پاندمی به‌واسطه رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در برخی بخش‌ها و بر روی برخی پارامترها تاثیر مثبت داشته و باعث بهبود کیفیت هوا شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد تهویه طبیعی تاثیر مستقیم بر کیفیت هوا در داخل بیمارستان دارد. همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود در بخش‌هایی که بیماران حساس یا نیازمند مراقبت ویژه بستری هستند، محدودیت تردد و ملاقات اعمال شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of air pollutant concentrations and environmental parameters under normal condition and during novel Coronavirus pandemic, a case study in a hospital (2019-2020)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Indoor air pollution in hospitals could be a serious health threat to the patients, medical staff, and visitors. In previous studies, the importance of paying attention to air quality during the Coronavirus pandemic has been proven. In this study, the effect of visiters' presence under normal conditions and the imposition of hospital restrictions at the time of pandemic on air quality and environmental parameters in a hospital has been evaluated. Materials and Methods: Air sampling was carried out in Valiasr Hospital of Zanjan in two periods, September 2019 (morning and visiting hours) and during the pandemic in October 2020. All wards inside and the outside of the hospital were examined for air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO2, SO2, CO2) and environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, and sound levels). Results: The results of this study showed that except for the sound levels, other pollutants are at an acceptable level. Particulate matter of different sizes in the air of the hospital has a correlation, often with an external source, and has been imported through construction activitie;. However, nitrogen dioxide concentration is dependent on urban traffic. Visiting hours are associated with an increase in the concentration of particulate matter and the sound levels. The pandemic had a positive effect in some wards, on some parameters and often improved the air quality due to the imposing strict health protocols. Conclusion: This study showed that natural ventilation has a direct effect on the air quality inside of the hospital. It is also suggested that in wards where patients are sensitive or in the need of intensive care, restrictions on commuting and visitation be applied.
