عنوان فارسی رضایت‌مندی والدین کودکان مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان پوست رازی در سال ۱۳۹۷
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تاکنون ارتباط بین تجربیات بیماران و کیفیت خدمات ارائه‌شده به آنان به‌طور گسترده بررسی نشده است، اما شواهد نشان می‌دهد که بهبود تجربیات بیمار می‌تواند نتایج درمانی را بهبود بخشد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین رضایت‌مندی والدین کودکان مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه کودکان و عوامل مرتبط با آن بوده است.   روش اجرا: این مطالعه توصیفی با استفاده از پرسشنامه ازقبل طراحی‌شده Press Ganey به زبان فارسی و ازطریق مصاحبه با 207 نفر از والدین کودکان مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه کودکان بیمارستان پوست رازی در سال97 انجام شد.   یافته‌ها: از 207 نفر شرکت‌کننده 87 نفر پدر (42%) و 105 نفر مادر (7/50%) بودند. 15 نفر باقی‌مانده نسبت‌های دیگری با کودک داشتند. رضایتمندی کلی (در پاسخ به سؤال «درمانگاه ما را به دیگران توصیه می‌کنید») 8/62% بود. همچنین 5/72% شرکت‌کنندگان معتقد بودند پزشک خود را به دیگران توصیه خواهند کرد. کمترین میزان رضایت مربوط به معرفی‌نکردن کارکنان درمانگاه و مشکلات در تنظیم وقت ویزیت بود. عواملی که بیشترین ارتباط را با رضایت کلی بیماران داشتند، به‌ترتیب شامل شاداب‌بودن ویزیت توسط پزشک، اطمینان داشتن به پزشک و توصیه پزشک به دیگران بودند.   نتیجه‌گیری: ارتباط بین پزشک و بیمار به‌طور معناداری با کیفیت تجربه بیمار در درمانگاه پوست کودکان ارتباط دارد. خانواده‌ها و بیماران در هنگام ارزیابی تجارب خود، ساده صحبت‌کردن و حساسیت پزشک را مشخصاً مورد توجه قرار می‌دهند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: So far, the relationship between patient experiences and the quality of services provided to them has not been widely studied. However, evidence suggests that improving patient experiences can improve clinical outcomes. The aim of this study was to determine the satisfaction of parents of children referring to the pediatric clinic as well as the related factors. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted using a pre-designed Press Ganey questionnaire in Persian language and through interviews with 207 parents of children who referred to the pediatric clinic of Razi Dermatology Hospital in 2018.  Results: Of the 207 participants, 87 were fathers (42%) and 105 were mothers (50.7%). The remaining 15 had other relationships with the child. Overall satisfaction (recommending our clinic to others) was 62.8%. Also, 72.5% of the participants believed they would recommand their doctors. The lowest level of satisfaction was due to the lack of introduction of clinic staff and the difficulties in setting up an appointment. The factors that most closely correlate with the patient's overall satisfaction included respectively: the cheerfulness of the visit by the doctor, the confidence in the doctor, and the likelihood of recommending the doctor. Conclusion: The relationship between a physician and a patient is significantly related to the quality of patients' experiences in the pediatric dermatology clinic. Families and patients, when evaluating their experiences, focused on clear language and doctor's sensitivity.
