عنوان فارسی بررسی عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن در بیمارستانهای تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال ۱۳۹۸
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: در راستای بهبود ایمنی بیمار، کشورها بر آن هستند تا ایمنی سیستم‌ها را پایش کنند و ازآنجایی‌که ایمنی جراحی، بخش مهمی از ایمنی بیمار به حساب می‌آید، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و مقطعی بود که در سال 1398 و در بخش‌های اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل 271 نفر از پرسنل اتاق عمل بودند که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ی دموگرافیک و چک‌لیست جراحی ایمن سازمان جهانی بهداشت بود. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری با نرم افزار SPSS آنالیز شدند. یافته‌ها: میانگین±انحراف معیار نمره‌ی عملکرد تکنولوژیست‌های اتاق عمل در نقش سیرکولر و اسکراب و تکنولوژیست بیهوشی در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن به‌ترتیب برابر با 3/1±23/2، 3±18/4 و 3/5±28/2 بود که سطح عملکرد هر سه مورد در حد متوسط بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین نمره عملکرد با سطح تحصیلات، تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت و میانگین نمره‌ی عملکرد کارکنان اتاق عمل با مدرک کارشناسی به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از کاردان‌ها بود(0/05>P). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه عملکرد واحدهای مورد پژوهش در خصوص رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن، در سطح مطلوبی نبود، استمرار در نظارت مداوم عملکرد کارکنان و تشویق آنها به ارتقای سطح تحصیلات جهت تقویت عملکرد در زمینه‌ی رعایت اصول جراحی ایمن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

عنوان انگلیسی Survey of the Performance of Operating Room Personnel Regarding the Observance of Surgical Safety Principles in Hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2019
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: In order to improve patient safety, countries are seeking to monitor the safety of health systems and since surgical safety is an important part of patient safety, this study aimed to determine performance of Operating Room Personnel regarding the observance of surgical safety principles. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on operating rooms of hospitals of Mazandaran university of medical sciences in 2019. Research population included 271 personnel of operating room selected via stratified random sampling. Data were collected using demographic characteristics questionnaire and Surgical Safety Checklist of the World Health Organization. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Results: The mean scores of performance of surgical technologists in the circulating and scrub roles and anesthesia technologists regarding the observance of surgical safety principles, were 23.2±3.1, 18.4±3 and 28.2±3.5 respectively. The performance level of all three specialties was moderate. Findings showed that there was a significant difference between performance score with educational level. The mean score of performance was significantly higher in the technologists with bachelor's degree as compared to the technologists with associate degree (p< 0.05). Conclusion: Considering that the performance of the participants of the study regarding the observance of surgical safety principles, it was not at a desirable level, thus it is recommended to encourage operating room personnel to upgrade their education and to continue monitoring the performance of them regarding the observance of surgical safety principles.
