عنوان فارسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر درماندگی روانشناختی زنان آسیب دیده از روابط فرا زناشویی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: وقوع پیمان شکنی، نقش مهمی در ایجاد مشکلات روانی دارد و سبب ایجاد درماندگی روان شناختی و عدم استحکام روابط زناشویی می شود. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر درماندگی روانشناختی زنان آسیب دیده از روابط فرا زناشویی صورت گرفت. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه زنان آسیبدیده از روابط فرا زناشویی که در بازه زمانی ششماهه دوم سال 1398 به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش شهر بیرجند مراجعه کرده بودند، تشکیل داد. از این بین 30 نفر از زنان به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش ( 15 نفر) و کنترل ( 15 نفر) منتسب شدند. قبل از اجرای مداخله آموزشی، پیش-آزمون در هر دو گروه انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لاویبوند و لاویبوند ( 1995 ) جمع آوری گردید. روش اجرای مداخله شفقت درمانی به صورت آموزش در طی 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش بود و گروه کنترل آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. سپس از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد. فرضیه ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک و چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر کاهش درماندگی روانشناختی زنان آسیب دیده از روابط فرا زناشویی مؤثر بوده است و میانگین .(P < 0/ نمره درماندگی روان شناختی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته است ( 05 نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر، پیشنهاد می شود برای کاهش مشکلات روان شناختی زنان آسیب درمانی بهره گرفته شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effectiveness of Compassion-Based Therapy on Psychological Helplessness of Women Affected by Extramarital Affairs
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The occurrence of breach of contract has an important role in causing psychological problems and causes psychological helplessness and instability of marital relationships. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of compassion-based therapy on psychological helplessness of women affected by extramarital affairs. Methods: The present study was performed in a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all women affected by extramarital affairs who had referred to the Birjand Education Counseling Center in the second half of 1398. Among them, 30 women were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. Prior to the educational intervention, pre-test was performed in both groups. Data were collected using the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire by Lavibund and Lavibund (1995). The method of performing the compassion-therapy intervention was training in 8 sessions for the experimental group and the control group did not receive any training. Then post-test was taken from both groups. Hypotheses were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance. Results: Compassion-based treatment was effective in reducing psychological helplessness in women affected by extramarital affairs and the mean score of psychological helplessness in the experimental group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Compassion-based treatment is effective in reducing the psychological helplessness of women affected by extramarital affairs of the spouse (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, it is suggested that compassionate therapy intervention be used to reduce the psychological problems of women affected by extramarital affairs.
