عنوان فارسی تبیین تجارب اساتید در روند نگارش پایان نامه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: یکی از بخش­های مهم دوران تحصیلات تکمیلی نگارش پایان­نامه است که جنبه آموزشی و پژوهشی داشته و برای دانشجو و اساتید تجربه­ای منحصر به­ فرد می­باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در روند نگارش پایان­نامه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی در سال 1398 انجام شد. با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 12 استاد شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان با تجربه مشارکت در پایان­نامه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی به عنوان استاد راهنما انتخاب و با آنان مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند به­عمل آمد. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط، دست‌نویس و با روش تحلیل محتوی قراردادی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: از تحلیل داده­ها چهار طبقه 1) آماده­نبودن دانشجو، 2) اولویت­نداشتن تحصیل، 3) کار گروهی ضعیف و 4) مشکلات اجرائی در رابطه با تجارب مشارکت­کنندگان در روند نگارش پایان­نامه استخراج گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته­های مطالعه و نقش مهم اساتید و دانشجویان در روند نگارش پایان­نامه ایجاد آمادگی و درگیر شدن بیشتر دانشجویان با روند نگارش پایان­نامه، برنامه­ریزی جهت هماهنگی بین بخش­های مختلف، تقویت روحیه کار گروهی و بهبود سیاست­ها جهت ارتقاء روند نگارش پایان­نامه پیشنهاد می­گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Exploring the Experiences of Professors in the Process of Writing Graduate Students' Dissertations: A Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: One of the essential parts of postgraduate education is writing a thesis that has educational and research aspects which is an exclusive experience to students and teachers. The purpose of this study was to explore the teachers 'experiences of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences on the process of writing a dissertation among postgraduate students. Methods: The present study was carried out with a qualitative approach and a qualitative content analysis method in 2019. By using the purposeful sampling method, 12 professors who worked at the Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences and having experience as a supervisor dissertation of postgraduate students have been selected and the semi-structured interviews conducted with them. The interviews recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by the content analysis method. Results: From data analysis of experiences of the participants as a supervisor at the dissertation of postgraduate students writing process, four categories of results have been extracted: 1. Student unpreparedness, 2. Not a priority of education, 3. Poor teamwork, and 4. Executive problems. Conclusion: According to the findings, to prepare and more involving students with the process of writing a dissertation, to plan for coordination between different sections, to strengthen the spirit of teamwork, to improve policies and to upgrade the process of writing a dissertation recommended.
