عنوان فارسی نظری به درمان‌های «اسطوره‌ای»
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: پژوهش‌های حوزۀ تاریخ پزشکی برای ورود و مطالعۀ جنبه‌های مختلف این علم به‌ویژه در عرصه پژوهش‌های تلفیقی و میان‌رشته‌ای نیازمند دستگاه واژگانی مناسب خود است. بررسی شیوه‌های درمانی موجود در منابع آیینی و اسطوره‌ای حاکی از آن است که برای چنین موضوعاتی هنوز اصطلاحات مناسبی وضع نشده است. یکی از این دسته موارد درمان‌هایی است که صرف نظر از نوع بیماری با یک شیوۀ ثابت اعمال می‌شود و می‏‌توان از آن تحت عنوان "درمان‏‌های تک‌روش" نام برد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه با روش کتابخانه‌ای و جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های اینترنتی PubMed, Scopus, Magiran, Google Scholar, SID استخراج داده‌های مرتبط با درمان‌های تک براساس مقالات موجود در این زمینه انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: شیوه‌های درمان تک‌روش که اغلب در ارتباط با یک منبع غیرمادی هستند بر خلاف منش پزشکی رایج که برای هر بیماری یک درمان را می‌جوید، برای همه یا طیفی از بیماری‌ها با یک روش یا با روش‌های محدود اقدام به درمان می‌کنند. برخی از متن‌های کهن و حتی مراسم همانند آئین تدهین بیماران در مسیحیت در ذیل عنوان درمان اسطوره‌ای قرار می‌گیرند. این نوع از درمان‌ها ارتباط مستقیم درمان بیماری‌ها را با ایمان و فیض الهی، و یا یک منبع روحانی روشن می‌سازد. به‌طور مثال تدهین با روغن آیینی، نوعی درمان تک‌روشی است و فقط از یک روش برای درمان همۀ بیماران بهره می‌برد ولی به دلیل اثربخشی و یا هم‌سویی با مؤمن خود، توانسته همچنان پایدار باقی بماند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به دامنۀ وسیع کاریرد درمان‌های تک‌روش، پیداست که در این نوع از درمان‌ها رابطه مستقیمی بین روش درمان و بیماری، آن‌گونه که در پزشکی مدرن به آن برمی‌خوریم، وجود ندارد. استفاده از درمان‌های تک‌روش ریشه در درمان‌های اسطوره‌ای داشته است و بررسی بینش حاکم بر این روش‌های درمانی و دلایل پایداری این سنت‌ها می‌تواند به درک چگونگی اثربخشی، در درمان بیماری‌ها در خلال قرون کمک شایان توجهی کند و موجب تعامل تاریخ پزشکی و شاخه‌های مختلف دانش شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Purpose: Research in the field of medical history to study various aspects of this science, especially in the field of integrated and interdisciplinary research requires a specific appropriate lexical system. An examination of available treatments in religious and mythological resources indicates that appropriate terms have not yet been formulated for such matters. One of these cases is treatments that are applied in a fixed manner regardless of the type of disease, which can be called "single -procedure therapies".   Materials and Methods: This study was conducted by library method and searching multiple databases including PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Magiran and SID to extract data related to single therapies based on existing articles in this field.   Results: Methods of single procedure treatment are often related to an immaterial source. Contrary to common medical practice that seeks a specific cure for each disease, they treat all or a wide range of diseases with single or limited methods. The use of single-procedure therapies is rooted in mythological therapies. Some ancient texts and even rituals, such as the oiling of the sick in Christianity, fall under the category of mythical healing. This type of healing elucidates a direct connection between healing of diseases and divine grace, faith, or a spiritual source. For example, ritual oiling treatment is a single procedure treatment that uses only one method to treat all patients, but due of its effectiveness and alignment with its foundations, it has persisted through time.   Conclusion: Given the wide range of applications of single-procedure therapies, it seems that there is no direct relationship between treatment and disease in this type of treatment, as in modern medicine. The use of single-procedure therapies is rooted in mythological therapies and examining the insights governing these therapies and the reasons for the sustainability of these traditions can help understand how effective they were in treating diseases over the centuries and to augment the mutual relationship with medical history and other disciplines of knowledge.
