عنوان فارسی ارتباط بین ابعاد سلا تورسیکا با الگوی رشد اسکلتی صورت در بعد عمودی در تصاویر توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی(CBCT) در یک جمعیت ایرانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: سلاتورسیکا جزو مهم ترین لندمارک های ارتودنتیک و یک نقطه کلیدی در آنالیز سفالومتری لترال بیماران نیازمند درمان ارتودنسی می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین ابعاد سلا تورسیکا با الگوی عمودی اسکلتی صورت در تصاویر CBCT  در یک جمعیت ایرانی بود.   مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، نمونه ها به صورت سر شماری از بین CBCT های موجود افراد مراجعه کننده به یک دانشکده دندانپزشکی تبریز انتخاب شدند. در CBCTهای انتخاب شده (در مقاطع ساژیتال) طول و ارتفاع سلاتورسیکا اندازه گرفته شد . با ارزیابی زاویه میان دو خط Go-Me و S-N و همینطور نسبت S-Go/N-Me، کوتاه، بلند و یا نرمال بودن اسکلت صورتی در بیماران بررسی شد. داده ها ی به دست آمده از CBCT در نرم افزار مربوطه وارد شده ، تصاویر به دست آمده توسط دو متخصص رادیولوژی دهان و فک وصورت بررسی  و توافق بین نتایج دو مشاهده گر توسط ضریب توافقی کاپا اندازه گیری شد. داده های بدست آمده از مطالعه توسط آزمون Kruskal Wallis تحلیل و سطح معنی داری(05/0>P) در نظر گرفته شد.   یافته ها: طول و ارتفاع سلاتورسیکا در سه نوع رشد عمودی صورت( بلند ، نرمال و کوتاه) مشابه بود. در هریک از انواع رشد عمودی صورت، طول و ارتفاع سلاتورسیکا در زنان ومردان مشابه و ارتباط معنی داری با سن نداشت.   نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر به نظر میرسد طول و ارتفاع سلاتورسیکا  با نوع الگوی رشد عمودی صورت ارتباطی نداشته باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Relationship between the dimensions of Sella Turcica with the vertical skeletal pattern of the face on cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images in an Iranian population.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: Sella turcica is one of the most important orthodontic landmarks in a key point in lateral cephalometric analysis of the patients who need orthodontic treatment. The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship the dimensions of Sella Turcica with the vertical skeletal pattern of the face on cone beam computed tomography images in an Iranian population. Material and methods: In this descriptive analytical research, the samples were evaluated in a total of all available CBCTs of the patients referred to Tabriz Dentistry Faculty. In selected CBCT (in sagittal sections), the length and height of Sella Turcica was measured. By evaluating the angle between the two lines Go-Me and S-N as the well as the S-Go/N-Me ratio, the short, long or normal facial skeleton was examined. The data obtained from CBCT were entered in the related software and the images were reviewed by two oral and maxillofacial radiologists and the agreement between two observer results was measured by Kappa coefficient. data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis statistical test and p< 0.05 was considered. Results: For three types of vertical face growth (normal, long and short) the length and height of Sella Turcica were similar. For all types of vertical facial growth, the height and length of Sella Turcica were similar in men and women and had no significant relationship with age. Conclusions: Based on the results of current study, it seems there are no relationship between dimensions of Sella Turcica and vertical skeletal growth pattern.
