عنوان فارسی اثرهشت هفته تمرین شنا و مصرف روغن CBD بر بیان ژنی NF-kB و ۵HT۱A بافت قلب موش‌های صحرایی دچار سکته قلبی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و اهداف: استفاده از مکمل‌های گیاهی همراه با تمرینات ورزشی برای درمان بیماری‌های مزمن و اختلالات متابولیک در بین مردم معمول است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین شنا و مصرف روغن CBD بر بیان ژنی NF-kB و 5HT1A بافت قلبی موش‌های صحرایی بعد از انفارکتوس قلبی انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش تجربی 20 سر موش صحرایی سکته قلبی در چهار گروه پنج سری 1) کنترل بیمار، 2) تمرین ، 3) CBD، و 4) تمرین + CBD تقسیم شدند. جهت بررسی اثرات القای سکته قلبی بر متغیرهای تحقیق پنج سر موش صحرایی سالم در گروه کنترل سالم قرار گرفتند. القای ایسکمی میوکارد با تزریق زیر جلدی ایزوپروترنول انجام شد. به مدت هشت هفته گروه‌های CBD روزانهmg/Kg 50 به صورت گاواژ CBD مصرف کردند. گروه‌های تمرینی به میزان پنج روز در هفته تمرین شنا را انجام دادند. برای اندازه‌گیری سطوح بیان ژن بافت قلب با روش کمّی Real time-PCR انجام شد. یافته‌ها: اگرچه تمرین شنا، مصرف CBD و همچنین تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف CBD باعث کاهش بیان ژنی NF-kB و افزایش بیان ژن 5HT1A بافت قلب شد (0.05>p)، همراهی تمرین شنا با مصرف CBD اثر بیشتری داشت (0.05>p). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد تمرین شنا و همراه با مصرف روغن CBD با تنظیم مثبت NF­kB و تنظیم منفی 5HT1A فاکتورهای التهابی بافت قلب می‌تواند باعث کاهش عوامل التهابی و بهبود سلامت قلب و عروق شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of eight weeks of swimming training and consumption of CBD oil on the expression of NF-B and 5­HT1A genes in heart tissue of rats with myocardial infraction
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aims: The use of herbal supplements along with exercise is common among people to treat chronic diseases and metabolic disorders. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of eight weeks of swimming training with CBD oil consumption on the expressions of NF-kB and 5-HT1A genes in the heart tissue of rats with myocardial infraction. Methods: In this experimental study, 20 myocardial infraction rats were divided into four groups of five series: 1) control; 2) training; 3) CBD; and 4) CBD + training. To investigate the effects of myocardial infarction induction on the research variables, five healthy rats were placed in a healthy control group. Induction of myocardial ischemia was performed by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol. CBD groups received 50mg/kg/day of CBD oil by gavage for eight weeks. The training groups performed swimming training for five days a week. Real time-PCR was designed to measure the levels of cardiac tissue gene expression. Results: Although swimming, CBD consumption, and swimming combined with CBD decreased NF-kB gene expression and increased 5-HT1A gene expression in heart tissue (p< 0.05), the combination of swimming training with CBD had a more significant effect on them (p< 0.05). Conclusion: Therefore, it seems that swimming training and CBD with the positive regulation of NF-kB and negative regulation of 5-HT1A of inflammatory factors in heart tissue can reduce inflammatory factors and improve cardiovascular health.
