عنوان فارسی الزامات داده ‌ای و قابلیت ‌های فنی نرم ‌افزار آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه برای والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم نیازمند آموزش ­هایی به منظور مداخلات درمانی و توانبخشی به کودک خود هستند. استفاده از برنامه ­های کاربردی تلفن همراه به منظور آموزش یکی از راهکارهای نوین آموزش در زمینه اتیسم می­ باشد. مطالعه حاضر به تعیین الزامات داده ­ای و قابلیت­ های فنی یک نرم ­افزار آموزشی برای والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم می س­پردازد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش­ از نوع مطالعات توصیفی توسعه ­ای بود. در مرحله اول با جستجو در منابع اطلاعاتی و راهنماهای جهانی در زمینه اتیسم در پایگاه­ های اطلاعاتی PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar عناصر داده­ای و محورهای اصلی سامانه ­ای آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه هوشمند برای والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم به دست آمد. در مرحله دوم، از متخصصین روانپزشکی و مغز و اعصاب اطفال در مورد الزامات و عناصر داده­ای سامانه آموزشی مورد نظر در قالب پرسشنامه نظر خواهی شد. یافته ­ها: برای ایجاد یک نرم افزار آموزشی سه دسته از الزامات داده­ ای تعیین شد. عناصر داده­ای تایید شده شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیکی کودک و والدین 7 مورد (78 درصد)، اطلاعات بالینی شامل آموزش اتیسم، خودمراقبتی و راهکارهای کاهش اضطراب و نگرانی و توانبخشی شامل ارائه تکنیک های مداخه­ ای10 مورد (83 درصد)، همچنین قابلیت­ های فنی سیستم شامل ارائه یادآور جهت مراجعات حضوری، معرفی متخصصان و مراکز درمانی، دریافت مشکلات والدین و ارائه پیام­های انگیزشی 5 مورد (50 درصد) بود. نتیجه ­گیری: الزامات و عناصر داده ­ای مورد نیاز برای طراحی و ایجاد نرم افزار آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه هوشمند برای آموزش والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اتیسم به صورت پایه ­ای بدست آمد. آموزش مهارت ­های توانبخشی و خودمراقبتی به والدین مهمترین عناصر داده­ای یک نرم ­افزار آموزشی می ­باشند. با تعیین قابلیت­ های فنی و الزامان داده ای نرم افزار­ آموزشی می توان به آموزش و ارتقا مهارت ­های خودمراقبتی و توانبخشی والدین کودک اتیستیک کمک کرد و از مشکلات و نگرانی­ های این والدین کاست.

عنوان انگلیسی Data Requirements and Technical Capabilities of Educational Mobile Application for ‎Parents with Autistic Child
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Purpose: Parents with autistic children need training in therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation for their children. Mobile applications are one of the new ways to teach parents with an autistic child. The aim of this study was to determine data requirements and technical capabilities of an educational system for parents of children with an autism spectrum disorder. Methods: This research was a descriptive developmental study. The first step was to determine the data elements and technical capabilities of the educational system by search the databases of PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science and Guidelines about Autism. In the second step, psychiatrists and pediatric neurologists were asked about the requirements and data elements of the educational system with a questionnaire. Results: Three categories of requirements, including demographic, clinical data elements, and technical capabilities for system design, were determined. Data elements included demographic information of the child and parents Includes 7 items (78%), clinical information including autism training, self-care, and anxiety and worry reduction, and rehabilitation strategies, including the presentation of interventional techniques including 10 items (83%). The system's technical capabilities also included presenting reminders for in-person visits, introducing specialists and medical centers, receiving parental problems, and providing motivational messages including items (50%). Conclusion: The requirements and data elements for the design and implementation of an educational mobile system to support parents with an autistic child were obtained. Parents' training rehabilitation and self-care skills are the most important data elements of the educational application. By identifying the technical capabilities and data requirements of an educational application, can help educate and enhance the self-care and rehabilitation skills of parents of autistic children and reduce their parents' problems and concerns.
