عنوان فارسی ارتباط‌سنجی محیط یادگیری با رفتارهای مدنی– تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانشجویان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: رفتارهای مدنی راه نجات بسیاری از ناهنجاری­ ها مانند عدم صداقت و همچنین ارتقاء عملکرد علمی دانشجویان می ­باشد. با توجه به این امر که محیط یادگیری علاوه بر توجه به فعالیت­ های علمی، به تشویق تعامل و مشارکت دوستانه بین دانشجویان و سایر اعضاء توجه می­کند، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط محیط یادگیری با رفتار های مدنی– تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی و بهداشت شهرستان فردوس انجام شد. روش ­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی از بین 220 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی و بهداشت شهرستان فردوس که به­ عنوان جامعه هدف انتخاب شدند، تعداد 203 نفر به روش سرشماری در سال 1400-1399 وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع ­آوری داده­ ها از دو پرسشنامه ارزیابی محیط آموزشی داندی (DREAM) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی گل­ پرور استفاده شد. داده­ های جمع­ آوری­ شده با استفاده از آزمون­ های آماری t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک­ طرفه و تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون و از طریق نرم ­افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته­ ها: میانگین نمره­ی محیط یادگیری دانشجویان 24/95+122/44 در سطح مطلوب و رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی 7/37+68/33 در سطح متوسط بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین محیط یادگیری و رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط مثبت و معنی ­داری وجود دارد (p< 0.001,r= 0/674). همچنین بین میانگین نمره محیط یادگیری در رشته­ ها و ترم­ های مختلف تحصیلی تفاوت معنی­ داری مشاهده شد (p< 0.001). بین نمره رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی با ترم تحصیلی و سن دانشجویان تفاوت معنی­ داری مشاهده شد (p< 0.001). نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه مبنی بر ارتباط مثبت و معنی­ دار بین محیط یادگیری و رفتارهای مدنی تحصیلی به­ نظر می­رسد که شناخت عوامل اثرگذار بر محیط یادگیری دانشجویان توسط اساتید توانسته است در فرآیند و استراتژی تغییر در آموزش کمک ­های ارزنده ای را ایفاء نماید و این روند همچنین زمینه ­ی تقویت رفتارهای مدنی- تحصیلی دانشجویان را به دنبال داشته است.

عنوان انگلیسی Relationship between Learning Environment with Civic-Educational Behaviors from the Students᾽ viewpoint
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: citizenship behaviors not only prevent some anomalies such as dishonesty but also improve students' academic performance. Considering that the learning environment, in addition to paying attention to scientific activities, encourages friendly interaction and participation between students and other members,  so ,this study aims to investigate the relationship between the learning environment with civic- educational behaviors from the viewpoint of Ferdows Paramedical and Health University students was done. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study statistical population included 220 students of Ferdows Paramedical and Health School  in this regards, 203 students were selected as sampling through census method.For collecting data, two questionnaires of DREAM learning environment and Golparvar educational citizenship behaviors were used .Collected data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics (Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis tests)  through SPSS . Results: The mean score of students' learning environment had a mean and standard deviation of 122.44+24.95 and at the desired level and educational citizenship behaviors had a mean and standard deviation of 68.33+7.37 and at an average level. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning environment and students' educational citizenship behaviors (P< 0.001,r= 0.674). There was a significant difference between the mean scores of the learning environment in different disciplines and semesters (P< 0.001). Also, a significant difference was observed between the score of civic- educational behaviors with the semester and the age of students (P< 0.001). Conclusion:According to the results of the study there was a positive and significant relationship between learning environment and academic civic behaviors, therefore, it seems that recognition of effective factors on the learning environment of students by teachers play a valuable role in the process and strateg ic change  in education, also, this process  strengthen educational citizenship behaviors.
