عنوان فارسی همگامی آموزش عالی حوزه سلامت و بین الملل سازی آموزش پزشکی در زمان پاندمی کووید-۱۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: محورهای آموزش عالی هرکشور متمرکز بر حوزه ­های دسترسی بیشتر به آموزش، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و افزایش عدالت آموزشی در جامعه است. بین­ الملل ­سازی آموزش عالی در حیطه آموزش پزشکی فرآیند ادغام هدفمند ابعاد بین ­المللی، بین فرهنگی یا جهانی در آموزش پزشکی به منظور ارتقاء کیفیت آن و آمادگی فارغ ­التحصیلان برای فعالیت حرفه­ ای در جهان است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اقدامات آموزشی انجام شده در زمان پاندمی کووید- 19 و تطبیق آن با برنامه بین ­الملل­ سازی آموزش پزشکی انجام گرفت. روش ­ها: در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، مقالات انتشار یافته با خاستگاه ایران به هر دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در رابطه با بین­ الملل­ سازی آموزش پزشکی در ایام بروز پاندمی کووید-19 از پایگاه داده ­های Scopus، Web of Science، PubMed، Cochrane Library، Medlib، Science Direct، Google Scholar، Irandoc، Magiran و SID در محدوده زمانی 2020 تا 2021 و با استفاده از کلید واژه ­های انتخابی شامل: کرونا ویروس، کووید-19، آموزش پزشکی، بین ­الملل­ سازی و ایران به ­صورت جداگانه استخراج شد. نتیجه این جستجو 1490 مقاله بود که بعد از بررسی و حذف مقالات غیرمرتبط، با استفاده از چک ­لیست ارزیابی، و نظر داوران تعداد 20 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. یافته­ ها: با انجام مرور سیستماتیک بر 20 مقاله انتخابی در نهایت مشاهده شد بروز پاندمی کووید-19 ، ضمن ایجاد تغییر فرهنگ آموزشی به شکل گسترده در سیستم آموزشی دانشگاه ­های علوم پزشکی کشور، باعث تغییر پارادایم یاددهی- یادگیری و ارتقاء اعتماد به ­نفس دانشجویان گردیده و اعضای هیات علمی نیز به توانمندسازی خود اهتمام ورزیدند. زیرساخت ­های آموزشی از نظر سخت ­افزاری و نرم ­افزاری مورد بازبینی قرار گرفته و متناسب با چالش ­های آموزش مجازی راهکارهایی ارائه گردیده است. نتیجه ­گیری: اقداماتی نظیر الزام تصحیح نگرش یادگیرندگان و مدرسان نسبت به کاربرد آموزش مجازی، به­ هم­راه طراحی مناسب و زیربنایی فناوری­ ها، بسترسازی مناسب فرهنگی، اجرای کارگاه­ های آموزشی در زمینه نحوه تدوین محتوا، ایجاد زیرساخت­ های لازم نرم ­افزاری و سخت­ افزاری، ایجاد انگیزه در استادان و دانشجویان در زمینه استفاده از سیستم آموزش مجازی در کاهش چالش­ های موجود و ارتقای فرآیند آموزشی موثر بوده و همگی در راستای اقدامات بین­ الملل­ سازی می باشد.حوزه آموزش پزشکی در ایام شیوع کرونا نه تنها در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش موفق بود، بلکه به سه دغدغه آموزش عالی کشور در حوزه سلامت مبنی بر ایجاد دسترسی، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و افزایش عدالت و برابری آموزشی پاسخ داده و توانسته قدم­ های قابل توجهی در کسب مشروعیت جهانی بردارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Higher Educational Concurrence in the Field of Health and Internationalization of Medical Education During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Systematic Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Foundation of higher education  in each country  are focused on : more access to education, improving the quality of education, and increasing educational justice in society. Internationalization of higher education in the field of medical education is the process of purposeful integration of international, intercultural, or global dimensions in medical education to improve its quality and prepare graduates for professional activities in the world. In this study, the educational measures taken during the COVID -19 pandemic were examined and its adaptation to the internationalization program of medical education was performed. Methods: This systematic review was performed, on articles published with Iranian origin in both Persian and English languages about internationalization of medical education during the Corona COVID-19 pandemic and extracted from the Scopus database, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medlib, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Irandoc, Magiran, and SID, from 2020 to 2021, by using the selected keywords including: Corona virus, COVID-19 , Medical education , Internationalization and  IRAN. Search result consist of 1490 articles and after reviewing and deleting duplicate and unrelated articles and using the evaluation checklist, 20 related articles were selected and entered into the study. Results: The systematic review of 20 selected articles indicated that the occurrence of the Corona COVID-19 pandemic expressed synchronicity of changing the educational culture of medical universities and the teaching-learning paradigm shift. These changes increased students' self-confidence and faculty members᾽ effort to empower themselves. Educational  infrastructure (software and hardware) were reviewed and appropriate solutions to solve the problems were presented. Conclusion: The proceeding to change the attitude of learners and teachers toward the use of virtual education, along with appropriate infrastructure design of technologies, appropriate cultural context, implementation of content development workshops, creating the necessary software and hardware infrastructure as well as motivating teachers and students to have using the virtual education system to reduce current challenges and promoting educational process were effective. The medical education in the Corona outbreak was not only successful in improving the quality of education but also responded to the three concerns of the country's higher education in the field of health to create access, improve the education quality and increase justice and educational equality and achieving global legitimacy.
