عنوان فارسی تبیین وشناسایی شایستگی‌های کارآفرینی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های کشور با رویکرد داده بنیاد
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: کارآفرینی اعضای هیئت علمی از مباحث مهم و نیازهای جامعه دانشگاهی می­باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد، مولفه ­های شایستگی­  های کارآفرینانه اعضای هیئت علمی است. روش ­ها: این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با به ­کارگیری روش تحقیق داده بنیاد استراوس و کوربین در سال 1399 انجام گرفته و نظرات مصاحبه شوندگان درباره مولفه ­های شایستگی­ های کارآفرینانه اعضای هیئت علمی (متخصصان و اعضای هیئت علمی کارآفرینی) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه ­های عمیق و اکتشافی بود. اعتبار یافته ­ها از طریق تطبیق توسط اعضا، بررسی همکار و مصاحبه­ های آزمایشی تعیین شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها با استفاده از  کدگذاری باز و محوری و گزینشی انجام گردید. یافته ­ها: پس از اتمام مصاحبه ­ها فرآیند کدگذاری باز و محوری و انتخابی در قالب ابعاد شش گانه مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علی (مولفه­ های کارآفرینی دانشگاه­ ها- منبع محوری اساتید کارآفرین و کسب توانمندی­ های کارآفرینانه)، مقوله اصلی شامل شایستگی ­های کارآفرینانه اعضای هیئت علمی، راهبردها (مدیریتی، شایستگی، فرهنگی)، ویژگی­ های زمینه ­ای مانند (هم راستایی با اهداف کلان، ویژگی­ های محیط رقابتی، بینش کارآفرینانه مسئولین)، عوامل مداخله ­گر مانند (نظام حمایتی معیوب، سیستم تحقیقاتی موجود، نظام ساختاری ناکارآمد و پیامدها در سطوح فردی، دانشگاهی و کشوری) شناسایی شدند. نتیجه­ گیری: یافته­ های این پژوهش با ارائه ابعاد و مولفه­ های توسعه شایستگی­ های کارآفرینی اعضای هیئت علمی در قالب مدل پارادایمی امکان استفاده­ ی بیشتر دانشگاه­ های کشور از اساتید کارآفرین را مهیا می­ نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Explanation and Identification of the Entrepreneurial Competencies of Faculty Members Based on Grounded Theory Approach
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Entrepreneurship of faculty members is one of the important issues and necessities of the academic community. The purpose of this study is to identifying and explaining the dimensions, components of entrepreneurial competencies of faculty members. Methods: This is a qualitative study based on Strauss and Corbin's Foundation Data Theory, has been done in 1399 and the opinions of the interviewees about the components of entrepreneurial competencies of the faculty members (specialists and entrepreneurship faculty members) were analyzed. The research tool was in-depth and exploratory interviews. Findings were validated through member matching, peer review, and pilot interviews. Data analysis was performed using open and axial and selective coding. Results: After completing the interviews, open, axial and selective coding process were identified in the form of six dimensions of the paradigm model  including : Causal conditions (components of university entrepreneurship central resource for entrepreneurial professors and gaining entrepreneurial capabilities ) the main categories consist of  ( entrepreneurial competencies of faculty members), strategies (managerial, competency, cultural), contextual characteristics such as  (alignment with macro goals, characteristics of competitive environment, entrepreneurial insight of officials), intervening factors such as (Defective support system, existing research system, inefficient structural system and consequences at individual, academic and national levels) . Conclusion: The findings of this study provide the dimensions and components of the development of entrepreneurial competencies of faculty members in the form of a paradigm model and allow universities to use more professors of entrepreneurship.
