عنوان فارسی بررسی رضایتمندی فارغ التحصیلان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی تبریز از عوامل مؤثر بر تجربه پژوهشی درفاصله سال های ۹۶-۹۳
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: بررسی عوامل موثر بر تجربه پژوهشی می تواند به ارتقای کیفیت پایان نامه ها کمک نماید. از این سو، هدف این مطالعه بررسی رضایتمندی فارغ التحصیلان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی تبریز از عوامل مؤثر بر تجربه پژوهشی بین سال های 96-93 می باشد. روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی و مقطعی می باشد و جامعه آماری مطالعه شامل فارغ التحصیلان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی می باشد که از ابتدای سال 1393 تا پایان سال 1396 پایان نامه خود را نگاشته و دفاع کرده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه می باشد. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد و تحلیل داده ها بصورت آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد فراوانی و میانگین) صورت گرفت. نتایج: نتایج مطالعه نشان میدهد که فارغ التحصیلان از زیر ساختها و امکانات دانشکده، ارائه شرایط و زمینه های رشد فکری و روند اجرای پایان نامه، کمترین رضایت و از عوامل گسترش مهارتها، آزمون پایان نامه، اساتید راهنما بیشترین رضایت را داشتند. در خصوص تصویب طرح مقدماتی پایان نامه میزان رضایت در حد متوسط می باشد و فارغ التحصیلان نسبت به مدت زمان تصویب پروپوزال در گروه آموزشی و دانشکده میزان رضایت مطلوبی دارند. نتیجه گیری: اگر توجه به عوامل دخیل در فرایند انجام پایان نامه و به خصوص عامل زیر ساختها و امکانات در اولویت برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی قرار گیرد، انگیزه افراد برای ادامه تحصیل بیشتر شده، پایان نامه ها و مقالات با کیفیت تری نگاشته و چاپ می شوند، در نتیجه جایگاه ایران در تولیدات علمی بالا می رود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Investigating the factors influencing the research experience can help to improve the quality of dissertations. The aim of this study was to Assessment of graduate Satisfaction of the Factors Affecting the Research Experience in Faculty of Management and Medical Information in Tabriz in the Years 96-93. Methods: This study is a descriptive cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study is graduates of postgraduate studies who have written and defended their dissertation from the beginning of 1393 till the end of 1396. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Sampling was done by census method and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency and mean). Results: The results of the study show that the graduates of the Faculty's infrastructure and facilities, providing the conditions and the fields of intellectual growth and thesis implementation, the least satisfaction, and the factors of expanding skills, thesis test, and supervisors were most satisfied. Concerning approval of the preliminary thesis project, the satisfaction level is moderate and the graduates are satisfied with the duration of the approval of the proposal in the faculty and department. Conclusions: If attention is paid to the factors involved in the process of doing the thesis, and especially the factor of infrastructure and facilities in the priority of higher education planning, the motivation of individuals to continue their studies, theses and articles are written and printed better, in the result of Iran's position in scientific production is rising.
