عنوان فارسی تأثیر تدریس انگیزشی - کاربردی علوم پایه بر یادگیری معنادار و ریشه‌ای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی.
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:  کاربردی بودن دروس علوم پایه یکی از موضوعات مهم و مورد بحث در زمینه آموزش پزشکی است. در همین راستا، این مطالعه با هدف معرفی روش نوین آموزش و ارزیابی میزان رضایت دانشجویان دندان­پزشکی در دو مقطع علوم پایه و بالین درباره  شیوه تدریس انگیزشی - کاربردی درس قارچ شناسی پزشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش ها: مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی حاضر طی سه سال)1394-1396 (با اجرای روش تدریس انگیزشی-کاربردی درس قارچ شناسی پزشکی برای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم، میزان رضایتمندی 41 دانشجوی علوم پایه و 53 دانشجوی مقطع بالین دانشکده دندانپزشکی در مورد کاربردی بودن درس قارچ شناسی پزشکی ارزیابی شد. اطلاعات از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه­ای مشتمل بر پنج هدف که با سوالات متناسب پرسیده شد، عبارتند از: میزان اهمیت درس قارچ شناسی پزشکی، توجه به پژوهش محور شدن دانشجو، کاربردی بودن تدریس، تعمیق و معنا دار بودن یادگیری و ایجاد نگرش خوب دانشجویان نسبت به این درس، جمع آوری شد. در مطالعه حاضر از روش­های آمار توصیفی و  آزمون تی مستقل در نرم افزار SPSS 24  در تحلیل داده­ها استفاده گردید. سطح معناداری 05/0 درنظر گرفته شد. یافنه ها:از نظر دانشجویان هر دو مقطع علوم پایه و بالین شرکت کننده در این بررسی، درس علوم پایه­ای قارچ شناسی پزشکی دارای کاربرد کلینیکی می­باشد. در مقایسه بین پاسخ دانشجویان بالین و علوم پایه، میزان رضایتمندی در دانشجویان بالین  (04/0 ± 84/2)  با اختلاف معناداری نسبت به علوم پایه (05/0 ± 64/2) بیشتر بود. (002/0p-value=). به علاوه میانگین نمرات برای اهداف و سوالات مربوطه به طور معناداری برای مقطع بالین از علوم پایه بیشتر شد (p ≤ 0.05).  نتیجه گیری: استفاده از شیوه تدریس حاضر موجب تعمیق یادگیری دانشجویان از درس می­گردد. بنابراین با توجه به نیاز آینده دندانپزشکان، بازنگری در روشهای فعلی آموزش دروس علوم پایه دندان­پزشکی به سمت کاربردی نمودن آنها، ضروری می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of motivational-practical teaching of basic science courses on meaningful and deep rational learning of dentistry students.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Applicability of basic science courses is one of the most important topics discussed in medical education. In this regard, this study was aimed at introducing a new method for teaching and assessing the degree of satisfaction of dental students in the two basic and clinical section. Materials and Methods This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in three years (1394-1396) by implementing the motivational teaching methodology of medical mycology course for dental students of Qom University of Medical Sciences, satisfaction of 41 basic science students and 53 graduate students of dentistry department regarding the applicability of the fungus course. The information was assessed by completing a questionnaire consisting of five goals that were asked with appropriate questions: the importance of medical mycology, the importance of student-centered research, the applicability of teaching, the deepening and meaningfulness of learning, and the student's good attitude toward this lesson was gathered. The present study methods of descriptive statistics and independent t-test in SPSS 24 software was used for data analysis. The significance level was considered 0.05. Results According to the students of both the basic and clinical sciences and the clinical students, the basic science course in medical mycology is clinically applicable. Comparing the response of clinical students and basic sciences, satisfaction was higher in clinical students (2.48±0.04) with a significant difference compared to basic sciences (2.64 ± 0.05). (002 / 0p-value =). In addition, the mean scores for the goals and related questions were significantly higher for the clinical course than the basic sciences (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusion Using the current teaching method will deepen student learning from the lesson. Therefore, considering the future needs of dentists, a review of the current methods of teaching basic science courses in dentistry is necessary to apply them.
