عنوان فارسی مروری بر روش های نوین ارزشیابی در آموزش بالینی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: آموزش بالینی، بخش مهم آموزش در علوم پزشکی می­باشد. از جمله مهم ترین موانع اصلی آموزش بالین مشکلات مربوط به سیستم ارزشیابی می­باشد. مطالعاتی با نتایج ضد و نقیض در زمینه­ی روش های ارزشیابی بالینی انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور نظامند بر تحقیقات انجام شده جهت تعیین روش ارزشیابی بالینی مناسب انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش مروری نظام مند است که جستجو در پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی Iran doc،  Health.barakat، SID،MedLib  بین سال های 1398- 1388 و همچنین در بین پایگاه هایISI ، PubMed، Elsevier، Science Direct، Ovid، Pro Quest، Google Scholar بین سال های 2010-2019 با استفاده از کلید واژه‌هایClinical Evalution  Evalution   ,Medical Sciences Students,   Performance Evalution و معادل فارسی آن ها انجام شد و نهایتاً 15 مطالعه که معیارهای ورود به این پژوهش را داشتند انتخاب و بررسی شدند. نتایج: تجمیع مطالعات نشان داد هر کدام از روش های ارزشیابی دارای مزایا و معایبی می­باشد از جمله روش ارزشیابی360 درجه می­تواند در اصلاح وضعیت نارضایتی دانشجویان مفید واقع شود. در مقایسه­ی کارپوشه با لاگ بوک مهم ترین تفاوت بین این دو این است که کارپوشه شامل تفکرات انتقادی دانشجو می باشد. مشاهده ی عملکرد مستقیم امکان بازخورد و ارزشیابی را بدون صرف منابع مالی و انسانی زیاد فراهم می کند. از جمله معایب آزمون مورد بلند این می باشد که روایی و پایایی آن کم می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: در یک روش ارزشیابی ویژگی های روایی، پایایی، کاربردی بودن و بازخورد مثبتی که آن روش روی کارآموز ایجاد خواهد کرد، اهمیت زیادی دارند همچنین با توجه به این که توانمندی بالینی دارای ساختاری کاملاً پیچیده است، برای ارزیابی معتبر آن به روش های چندگانه و ترکیبی نیازمندیم و استفاده از هر روش بسته به هدف ارزشیابی دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Review of New Methods Assessment in Clinical Education of Medical Science Students
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Clinical education is an important part of education in medical sciences. One of the most important barriers to clinical education is the problems with the evaluation system. Studies with controversial results have been conducted in the field of clinical evaluation methods. The purpose of this study was to systematically review the research done to determine the appropriate clinical evaluation method. Methods: This study is a systematic review and the searches were done in Iran doc, Health.barakat, SID, MedLib databases between 2010 – 2019, as well as in ISI, PubMed, Elsevier, Science Direct, Ovid, Pro Quest, and Google Scholar databases from 2010 to 2019. "Clinical Evalution", "New Evalution", "Medical Science Students", "Performance Evalution", and their Persian equivalent keywords were used. Finally, 13 studies that had the criteria for entering this study were selected and reviewed. Results: The results of the collective studies showed that each of the evaluation methods has advantages and disadvantages, including the 360 degree evaluation method, can be helpful in improving student dissatisfaction. Comparing the portfolio with the log book, the most important difference between them is that the portfolio includes student critical thinking. The observation of direct performance allows feedback and evaluation without much financial and human resources. One of the disadvantages of a long case is that its validity and reliability is low. Conclusion: In a method of evaluating, the validity, reliability, applicability and positive feedback of this method on the trainee are important. Also, given that the clinical capability has a completely complex structure, for its valid evaluation, we need multiple and combined methods and use of any method is depends on the purpose of the evaluation.
