عنوان فارسی شناسایی و تبیین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت آموزش دستیاری تخصصی در اجرای طرح تحول سلامت
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: با توجه به هم­زمان بودن آموزش و درمان در بیمارستان­های آموزشی و تاثیرپذیری از یکدیگر و اهمیت نقش درمانی و آموزشی دستیاران در بیمارستان­های آموزشی، کیفیت آموزش دستیاران تخصصی تحت تاثیر این طرح قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی و تبیین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت آموزش دستیاری تخصصی در اجرای طرح تحول سلامت است. روش ها: مطالعه کیفی حاضر با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا در بهار 1398 بر روی 24 نفر از مدیران، استادان و دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و با رعایت محرمانه بودن اطلاعات انجام شد. داده­ها به روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته جمع­آوری، و با نرم افزار MAXQDA10 سازماندهی و مقوله­بندی و تحلیل شد. یافته­ ها: داده­ها در سه محور اصلی بارِ درمانی، آموزش بالینی، نظارت بر فرآیند و 9 محور فرعی اولویت درمان بر آموزش، افزایش تعداد بیماران، اخلاق حرفه­ای(خطای پزشکی، رضایتمندی)، مهارت دستیاران، آموزش استاد به دستیار، آموزش تئوری، ضعف مدیریت و کارشناسی طرح، عدم تفکیک صحیح بودجه و زمان آموزش و درمان و پژوهش، ضعف تخصیص منابع و امکانات استخراج شدند. نتیجه­ گیری: یافته­ها پژوهش نشان داد در اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت، کیفیت آموزش پزشکی تخصصی در سه بعد بارِ درمانی، آموزش بالینی، نظارت بر فرآیند از این طرح تاثیر پذیرفته است. با توجه به این ابعاد، لزوم توجه به بحث آموزش پزشکیِ دستیاران تخصصی در بیمارستان­های آموزشی در مراحل بعدی اجرای این طرح و یا طرح هایی از این قبیل، ضروری است. واژگان کلیدی: طرح تحول نظام سلامت، کیفیت آموزش دستیاری، دستیار

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Explaining of Affecting Factors Qquality of Residents Education in the Healthcare Transformation Plan System.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Introduction: Considering the importance of teaching and treatment in educational hospitals and their impact on each other and the importance of the therapeutic and teaching role of the assistants in educational hospitals, the quality of training of specialist assistants has been influenced by this project. The purpose of this study is Identification and Explaining of  Affecting Factors Qquality of Residents Education in the Healthcare Transformation Plan System. Methods: This qualitative study was performed with qualitative content analysis in spring of 1398 on 24 managers, faculty members and medical assistants of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences by purposeful sampling method until reaching to the theoretical saturation and confidentiality of the data was carried out. Data were collected by semi-structured interviews, organized, categorized, and analyzed by MAXQDA10 software. Results: The data were extracted based on three main axes of treatment burden, clinical education, and process monitoring. Furthermore the data were also extracted based on 9 axis of treatment priority of treatment on education, increasing the number of patients, professional ethics (medical error, satisfaction), the skills of assistants, teacher-assistant teaching, theoretical  training, management weakness and  expertise of the project, the lack of proper separation of the budget, the time of education, treatment, and  research, the lack of allocation of resources and facilities Conclusions: The findings of this study indicate that the quality of medical education in the implementation of the health  system reform plan has been influenced in three aspects treatment burden, clinical education, and process monitoring. Regarding to these issues it is necessary to pay attention to the medical education of specialized residents in educational hospitals in the next step of implementation this plan or such plans is necessary.
