عنوان فارسی اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر مؤلفه‌های روانشناختی( استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی) و سبک‌های حل مسئله در دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان سنندج
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر مؤلفه ­های روانشناختی (استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی) و سبک­ های حل مسئله در دانش ­آموزان دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان سنندج انجام گرفت. روش ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با استفاده از طرح پیش ­آزمون-پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی دانش ­آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بود.  براساس جامعه آماری و هدف پژوهش با توجه به مقایسه­ ای بودن آن، تعداد 40 نفر از دانش ­آموز دختر مقطع متوسطه اول، پس از انجام مرحله غربالگری انتخاب گردید. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه ­گیری خوشه ­ای چندمرحله ­ای استفاده شد. در پژوهش حاضر برای اجرای پژوهش از روش میدانی(انجام درمان بر روی گروه ­های درمانی) و برای جمع ­آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه ­های سیاهه افسردگی بک، سیاهه اضطراب بک، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و پرسشنامه سبک­های حل مسئله ابزارهای خودگزارشی استفاده شد. داده­ های بدست آمده با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج: یافته­ های حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر مؤلفه ­های روانشناختی (استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی) و سبک ­های حل مسئله تاثیر معنی­ داری داشته است (001/>p). نتیجه گیری: مشاهدات حاضر مؤید اثربخشی آموزش درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش در تغییر سطح مؤلفه ­های روانشناختی (استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی) و سبک ­های حل مسئله در دانش ­آموزان دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان سنندج بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Based Education on Psychological Components (Stress, Anxiety, Depression) and Problem Solving Styles in First Secondary School Students in Sanandaj
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introducation: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of admission and commitment based treatment on psychological components (stress, anxiety, Depression) and problem-solving styles in the first grade students of Sanandaj city. Method: The method of this quasi-experimental study was to use a pre-test-post-test-follow-up design with control group. The statistical population of the study included all female high school students in Sanandaj city in the academic year of 97-96. Based on the statistical population and the purpose of the study, 60 students of the first-year high school students were selected after the screening stage. A multistage cluster sampling method was used to select the sample. In this research, the fieldwork method (treatment on treatment groups) was used for collecting data. Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Depression Scale, Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire and Problem Solving Style Questionnaire the following self-checking tools will be used. The data were analyzed using covariance analysis. Results: The findings of this study showed that education based on acceptance and commitment on psychological components (stress, anxiety, depression) and problem-solving styles had a significant effect (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The present observation confirmed the effectiveness of teaching-based therapy based on commitment and acceptance in changing the level of psychological components (stress, anxiety, Depression) and problem-solving styles in the first grade students of Sanandaj city.
