عنوان فارسی تبیین چالش‌های کاربردی کردن دانشگاه فناور و نوآور در نظام آموزش عالی کشور
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: دانشگاه‌های فناور و نوآور نسل سوم دانشگاه‌ها هستند و دغدغه اصلی آنها یاددادن، یادگرفتن و کارآفرینی است. با توجه به نقش دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم در تجاری‌سازی دانش و کارآفرینی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین چالش‌های کاربردی کردن دانشگاه فناور و نوآور در نظام آموزش عالی کشور انجام شد. روش: روش این مطالعه کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوی قراردادی بود. جامعه پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی تهران در سال 1397 بودند. تا اشباع داده ها تعداد 8 نفر از اعضای جامعه به روش هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و با روش تحلیل محتوا گرانهایم تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج آنالیز داده ها شامل، استخراج سه طبقه اصلی و هشت زیر طبقه بوده است. طبقات اصلی و زیر طبقات استخراج شده شامل 1. فرهنگ‌سازی(توسعه روحیه کارآفرینی در بین اساتید و دانشجویان، توجه به ارزش‌ها و باورهای جامعه و اعتقاد مدیران به کارآفرینی)، 2. تحول در آموزش(آموزش مهارت‌های شغلی، مدیریتی و آموزشی، تغییر سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و تغییر سبک‌های آموزشی) و 3. ارتباط مستقیم با صنعت (ارتباط دانشگاه‌ها با بنگاه‌های اقتصادی و استفاده از ایده‌های خلاق در صنعت) می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته ها نشان داد عوامل اصلی و موثر در ایجاد و توسعه دانشگاه‌های فناور و نوآور شامل فرهنگ‌سازی، تحول در آموزش و ارتباط مستقیم با صنعت می باشند. بنابراین برنامه‌ریزی جهت رفع مشکلات و بهبود وضع موجود مبتنی بر این طبقات برای بستر سازی دانشگاه فناور و نوآور توصیه می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Explaining Challenges of Applying the Technology and Innovation University in Higher Education System
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Technology and innovation universities of third generation are universities whose main concern is teaching, learning and entrepreneurship. Regarded to the role of third generation universities in the commercialization of knowledge and entrepreneurship, present research aimed to explaining challenges of applying the technology and innovation university in higher education system. Method: The method of this study was qualitative from type of contractual content analysis. The research population was faculty members of University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences of Tehran city in 2018 year. Based on the theory of theoretical saturation, 8 members of the community were selected by purposeful sampling as a sample. Data were collected by semi-structured interview method and analyzed by Graneheim content analysis. Findings: The results of data analysis included extraction of three main categories and eight subcategories. The main categories and subcategories extracted were including: 1. Cultivation (developing entrepreneurial spirit among faculty and students, attention to community values and beliefs and managers' beliefs to entrepreneurship), 2. Transformation in education (training of vocational, managerial and educational skills, changing policies and changing educational styles) and 3. Direct contact with industry (relationship of universities with businesses and using creative ideas in the industry). Conclusion: The findings showed that the main and effective factors in the creation and development of technology and innovation universities include cultivation, transformation in education and direct contact with industry. Therefore, it is recommended planning for troubleshooting and improving the current status based on these classes for the infrastructure technology and innovation university.
