عنوان فارسی بررسی چالش های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه های اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه پزشکان شاغل در بیمارستان های دولتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: با توجه به فشار فزاینده بر روی بیمارستان ها برای افزایش بهبود کیفیت خدمات، نیاز به مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه های بهبود کیفیت، به ویژه اعتباربخشی بیمارستان، اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده است. لذا مطالعه حاضر برای تعیین چالش های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه های اعتباربخشی در شهر مشهد در شرق ایران انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در سال 1399 با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه استاندارد در بیمارستان های دولتی شهر مشهد در شرق کشور که اعتباربخشی را اجرا کردند، انجام شد. این پرسشنامه به بررسی چالش های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه های اعتباربخشی در بیمارستانها پرداخت. در نهایت 445 نفر از پزشکان در مطالعه شرکت کردند. تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار STATA نسخه 14 انجام شد. یافته ها: یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان دادند که در بین چالش های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه های اعتباربخشی در بیمارستان ها، قوی‌ترین چالش ها از دیدگاه پزشکان به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد ارتباط اثربخش (0/74±4/50) و توانمند سازی پزشکان در زمینه اعتباربخشی و بهبود کیفیت (0/59±3/89) می باشد. همچنین بعد ابهام در نقش با امتیاز 0/96±2/86 بعنوان ضعیف تر چالش شناخته شد. در بین چالش های مورد بررسی، تنها نمره بعد مطالبه گری بیمار در بین تخصص های مختلف پزشکی تفاوت آماری معنی داری نشان داد (05/p< 0). نتیجه گیری: افزایش در مشارکت پزشکان در فعالیت های اعتباربخشی را می توان از طریق فرهنگ سازی، برنامه‌ریزی و فراهم کردن مقدمات برای اجرای درست اعتباربخشی برای پزشکان و آموزش فعالیت های بهبود کیفیت در جامعه پزشکی که به اجرای آن کمک می کند، بهبود بخشید.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the challenges of physicians' participation in accreditation programs from the perspective of physicians in public hospitals
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Due to the increasing pressure on hospitals to increase the quality of services, the need for physicians to participate in quality improvement programs, especially hospital accreditation, has become more important. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the challenges of physicians' participation in accreditation programs in Mashhad city, eastern Iran Materials and Methods. This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in 1399 using a questionnaire in 12 hospitals in the east of the country that performed accreditation. This questionnaire examined the challenges of physicians' participation in accreditation programs in hospitals. Finally, 445 physicians participated in the study and the participation rate was reported to be about 24%. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using STATA V.14. Results: The findings of the present study showed that among the challenges of physicians' participation in accreditation programs in hospitals, the strongest challenge from the perspective of physicians is related to the dimensions of effective communication (4.05± 0.74) and the empowering physicians about accreditation and quality improvement (3.89±0.59). Also, the weakest of them was related to the dimension of ambiguity in role (0.96±2.86). Among the studied challenges, only the score of patient demand dimension showed a statistically significant difference between different medical specialties (p< 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of this program can be improved through Culture building, proper accreditation training and quality improvement activities in the medical community helped to implements.
