چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The treatment options for posterior instability associated with epilepsy includes grafts, osteotomies, arthrodesis andarthroplasty. The technique of reverse arthroscopic remplissage was described in 2006 as a method of filling the anteriorhumeral bone defect, associated with tenodesis of the subscapularis tendon. This case report presents the results of thereverse remplissage technique in relation to a patient who suffered a bilateral posterior glenohumeral dislocation with areverse Hill-Sachs lesion.Level of evidence: IV
