عنوان فارسی تاثیر عوامل درونی بر نگرش کتابداران و اطلاع رسانان پزشکی کشور نسبت به جایگاه آنان در آینده حرفه
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در آستانه هزاره سوم ودر اوایل قرن 21، معیارها و قواعد جدید، جهانی متصل به هم را نوید می دهد، جهانی که از منطق شبکه تبعیت می کند. این پدیده را مهمترین چالش پیش روی کتابداران و اطلاع رسانان دانسته اند، چالشی که به توجهی عمیق و مطالعه ای همه جانبه نیاز دارد. به همین جهت هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر عوامل درونی بر نگرش کتابداران و اطلاع رسانان پزشکی کشور نسبت به جایگاهی است که در آینده حرفه خواهند داشت. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه مورد بررسی شامل کلیه کتابداران و اطلاع رسانان شاغل در حوزه علوم پزشکی کشور می باشد. از پرسشنامه برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شد. پرسشنامه مورد نظر در دو قسمت اصلی تنظیم گردید. علاوه بر آن یک قسمت دیگر از پرسشنامه به اطلاعات فردی اختصاص داده شد. پس از اطمینان از صحت روایی و پایایی آن، پرسشنامه مذکور در بین 1368 نفر توزیع گردید، از این تعداد 1001 نفر به آن پاسخ دادند. در محاسبات آماری که شامل توزیع فراوانی، میانگین، درصد شاخص های پراکندگی، ضریب همبستگی و آزمون دو جمله ای بود داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و سپس نتایج با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی در قالب جداول ارائه گردید. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که از 1001 نفر که به پرسشنامه پاسخ دهند، 462 نفر دارای تحصیلات کتابداری بودند. همچنین میانگین اهمیت عوامل درونی و نگرش از نگاه افراد مورد مطالعه به ترتیب 13/4 و 18/4 در مقیاس پنج بود. در بررسی اثر عوامل درونی بر نگرش مشاهده شد که غیر از مورد یک، بین سایر عوامل رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود داشت (001/0 (P<، به این معنی که افزایش هر کدام از عوامل درونی تاثیر مثبت بر نگرش افراد مورد نظر داشت و منجر به بهبود نگرش آنان نسبت به جایگاهشان در آینده حرفه می شد. فقط عامل یک یعنی « آگاهی قبل از حرفه» در نگاه کتابداران مورد نظر وجود نداشت. نکته قابل توجه این بود که کتابداران و اطلاع رسانان به خوبی از شرایط آینده حرفه مطلع و برای انطباق با آن تلاش می کردند. نتیجه گیری: ایجاد بستری مناسب برای تحقق اراده کتابداران نسبت به انطباقشان با شرایطی که در آینده با آن مواجه می باشند مستلزم بازنگری در ساختار تشکیلات اداری و آموزشی این حرفه می باشد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Beginning the 21century, and the 3th Millennium new roles and scales, bring the idea of the world unity in which followed the net work philosophy. It has been known as a greatest challenge for librarians and information communicator, the challenge that deserved a profound attention and multifaceted study. The present research reviewed the internal factors influences on medical librarian and informatics communicator attitudes in their future professional placement. Methods: Present research is a descriptive study, and the studied community is the all librarians and information communicators in medical science areas in Iran. Questioners have been used to collect data. These questioners have two main parts, and an additional section was added for personal information. After examining its validity and reliability, the questioner has been distributed among 1368 individuals, for these amounts 1001 answered them. In statistical calculations which included frequencies distribution, means, percent of distribution indices, correlation coefficient, and binomial tests, SPSS software has been used and the results using the descriptive statistics presents in tables. Results: Finding data showed that among 1001 individual who answered the questioners, 462 of them had librarianship educations. Also average that calculated of importance to internal factors and their influences were 4.13 and 4.18 comparing to 5. In consideration of the Internal factors influences on medical librarian and informatics communicator attitudes in their future professional placement it showed that except one case, there were significant and positive relation among other factors (P< 0.001) it means that increasing each of factors has a positive influence on individuals' attitude toward their position in their future profession. Only the first factor: the pre-professional factor did not exist. It is clear that librarian and informatics communicator are completely aware toward the future of their profession and try to cope with the condition. Conclusion:To provide a suitable condition to achieve librarian cope with the new conditions, it is needed to review the administrative organization structure in this profession.
