عنوان فارسی تصمیم گیری مشارکتی سرپرستارانِ بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تصمیم گیری یکی از مهارت‌های مدیریت است و نقش مدیران در تصمیم گیری همیشه مهم و اساسی است. تفکر قرن بیست و یکم به رویکردی نیازمند است که در عین افزایش انضباط شغلی و تشویق یک دیدگاه سیستمی و بهبود ارتباط متوجه مشارکت کارکنان باشد. نهایتا مشارکت در تصمیم گیری در یک محیط سازمانی شرایطی را فراهم می‌سازد که سبب دستیابی بیشتر به اهداف سازمان می‌گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری سرپرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات ‌بهداشتی ‌درمانی ‌ایران‌ انجام ‌گرفت. روش بررسی: این بررسی یک مطالعه مقطعی است که نمونه‌های پژوهش را 94 نفر سرپرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران تشکیل می دهد. محیط پژوهش کلیه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای بود که به صورت خود ایفا تکمیل گردید. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که 4/40 درصد سرپرستاران میزان مشارکت خود را در تصمیم گیری در حد متوسط می دانستند و بین نوع بیمارستان و میزان مشارکت در تصمیم گیری آنان ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده گردید. (05/0P< و 735/5=X2) نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق و اینکه مشارکت سرپرستاران در حد متوسطی است، درک روشن تری از مفهوم مشارکت در تصمیم گیری در سازمان‌های مراقبت بهداشتی پیشنهاد می‌شود. مدیران (سرپرستاران) پرستاری در سطوح بالاتر از رفتارهایی که سبب افزایش مشارکت آنان در تصمیم گیری می‌شوند مانند سیستم نظام پیشنهادات استفاده بیشتری نمایند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: One of the skills of management is decision making, and the role of managers in decision making always is very critical. The thinking at in the 21st century ,needs to approaches that meanwhile increase the job orders , to encourage a systemic approach, and improve the relation, is focusing on employers participation. Participation in decision making make a viable organization, the conditions in that more yield opportunities to achieve organization targets.The aim of the present research was to determine the head-nurses participation in decision making at the educational hospitals of IUMSHS (Iran University of Medical Sciences & Health Services), 2006. Methods: This research is a cross-sectional study. The data collection tool was a self-reporting questionnaire. In this research, 94 head-nurses working in the educational hospitals of IUMSHS, all having an employment background of over 6 months in their present ward, were interviewed, and thus formed the study sample. The research environment consisted of all the educational hospitals of IUMSHS, 2006, Tehran, Iran. Results: Data analysis revealed that 40.4% of the head-nurses reported their participation in decision making moderately, a relatively strong and statistically significant correlation observed between participation in decision making and types of hospitals wards(X2=5.735and ρ< 0.05). Conclusion: Regarding the results of the research, offering opportunities to head-nurses to participate in decision making would have a critical role Thus, to achieve a clear understanding of participative decision making in health care organizations of our country, we suggest more comprehensive research regarding participatory decision making at nursing level and other health care professions, and its relation to important organizational outcomes.
