عنوان فارسی نقد و بررسی الادب المقارن، دراسات تطبیقیه فی الادبین العربی و الفارسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده الادب المقارن، اثر محمد سعید جمال‌الدین، ازجمله آثار قابل توجه در موضوع ادبیات تطبیقی است که نخستین‌بار در 1990 منتشر شد. نویسنده مباحث را با رویکرد مکتب فرانسه و با تأکید بر ادبیات فارسی و عربی نگاشته است. اگرچه این اثر مشخصات کتاب درسی را ندارد، ولی با توجه به اهمیت مباحث آن و با عنایت به این‌که به عنوان کتاب کمک‌درسی قابل استفاده است، نقد و بررسی آن به منظور تبیین نقاط قوت و ضعف آن ضروری می‌نماید. نقد این کتاب بر اساس دستور‌العمل شورای بررسی متون در دو سطح شکلی و محتوایی با مراجعه به متن اثر و با کمک سایر آثار مکتوب به‌ویژه ترجمه فارسی آن انجام پذیرفت. بررسی کتاب نشان داد که این اثر در شکل و محتوا فاقد مشخصات کتاب درسی است و بر اساس منابع پیشین عربی به نگارش درآمده است و نو‌آوری چندانی در آن دیده نمی‌شود. از نظر تناسب و جامعیت مباحث نیز نقطه‌ضعف‌هایی دارد. نقطه قوت اثر دارا بودن دو بخش نظری و عملی در مباحث و محوریت داشتن ادبیات فارسی پس از ادبیات عربی است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Critical Assessment of the Comparative Literature Book of Comparative Studies in Arabic & Persian Literatures
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The Comparative Literature Book a work of Mohammad Sa`eid Jamaluddeen is a characteristic one from among subjects of such literature, published for the first time in 1990. The writer followed up French School thoughts in his research focusing his efforts on Persian and Arabic Literatures. Although this work is not that type of teaching known books but in regard to its important research subjects and because it can be used as a teaching handbook, to have an overall critical-analytic study of it, pointing out its week and strong points, may look necessary. To have this critical-analytic study over the above mentioned work, in both form and content aspects, has been included within the Agenda of Text Studies Council and implemented by referring to the work`s text and using other relevant written works particularly the Persian translation of this very work. While studying the work it was found that it lacks the peculiarities of a teaching book, both in form and content, and because the content mostly relies upon preceding Arabic resources, but having no new remarkable ideas beside the weaknesses of conformity and comprehensiveness seen in the subject-matter. The only strong point we can mention here for the work is that it enjoys having two theoretical and practical sections in its researches and in what belongs to the pivotal aspects of Persian Literature and Arabic Literature thereafter.
