عنوان فارسی مطالعه جنبه‌های اخلاقی و اجتماعی فناوری‌های جدید ( با تأکید بر فناوری نانو )
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: از آنجا که بروز بی‌اعتمادی عمومی نسبت به یک فناوری جدید مانع مهمی در مسیر توسعه‌ی فناوری مذکور محسوب می‌شود، توجه به جنبه‌های اخلاقی و اجتماعی فناوری‌های نوظهور می‌تواند در توسعه این فناوری‌ها نقش مهمی ایفا کند. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با استفاده از مطالعه‌ی اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی جنبه‌های اجتماعی و اخلاقی فناوری‌های جدید با تمرکز بر فناوری نانو پرداخته است. اهداف اصلی این بررسی عبارتند از: بررسی تأثیر ارزش‌های فرهنگی بر پیشبرد علم و فناوری‌های جدید (با تأکید بر فناوری نانو)، بررسی مباحث مطرح در اخلاق فناوری‌های جدید (با تأکید بر فناوری نانو) بررسی پیامدهای اجتماعی فناوری‌های قدیمی‌تر و درس‌هایی که می‌توان آموخت، و بررسی نقش جامعه‌ی مدنی در پیشبرد فناوری‌های جدید (با تأکید بر فناوری نانو). نتیجه‌گیری: نگرش مثبت همراه با اعتماد به فناوری‌های جدید، نکته‌ی مشترکی است که از نظر رویکرد فرهنگی در تمامی کشورهای توسعه‌یافته مشاهده می‌شود. با این همه عدم‌توجه به مخاطرات یک فناوری، می‌تواند اعتماد عمومی را دستخوش بحران سازد. از آنجا که مسیر توسعه هر فناوری از دل تصمیم‌گیری درمورد دوگانه‌های مختلفی می‌گذرد، لازم است مباحث اخلاقی فناوری به حوزه‌های وسیع‌تری از جامعه بسط داده شود تا اکثریت بیشتری از مردم امکان ورود و اثرگذاری در این عرصه را داشته باشند. براین اساس دموکراتیزه‌کردن علم و فناوری بدان معناست که به مردمی که مطلع و صاحب‌نظر هستند اجازه داده شود که در توسعه، عدم‌توسعه، و تغییر جهت‌های این فناوری مشارکت کنند، و از این مشارکت حمایت به‌عمل آید. برای توانمندسازی گروه‌های مردم‌نهاد می‌توان از مراکز رشد استفاده کرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Since the general distrust of a new technology is an important obstacle in the development of this technology, attention to the ethical and social aspects of emerging technologies can play an important role in the development of these technologies. The present study uses documentary and library studies to examine the social and ethical aspects of new technologies with a focus on nanotechnology. The main objectives of this study are: to study the impact of cultural values ​​on the advancement of new science and technology (with emphasis on nanotechnology), to examine issues in ethics of new technologies (with emphasis on nanotechnology), to examine the social consequences of older technologies and lessons to be learned. And examining the role of civil society in advancing new technologies (with an emphasis on nanotechnology). Conclusion: A positive attitude along with trust in new technologies is a common point that can be seen in terms of cultural approach in all developed countries. However, ignoring the dangers of a technology can lead to a crisis of public confidence. Since the development of any technology goes through the decision-making process of different dualities, it is necessary to expand the ethical issues of technology to wider areas of society so that more people can enter and influence in this area. Accordingly, the democratization of science and technology means that people who are knowledgeable and knowledgeable are allowed to participate in, and support, the development, underdevelopment, and reorientation of technology. Growth centers can be used to empower NGO groups.
