عنوان فارسی تبیین مؤلفه های تربیت اخلاقی دانشجو معلمان براساس اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان
چکیده فارسی مقاله رزمینه: تربیت اخلاقی به عنوان قلب آموزش حرفه­ای معلمان در نظر گرفته می­شود در این میان شناسایی مولفه­ های تربیت ‏اخلاقی از ضروریات آموزش موفق در این زمینه می­باشد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر گردآوری مؤلفه‌های تربیت­اخلاقی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان براساس اسناد بالادستی این دانشگاه است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی براساس رویکرد گال و همکاران(1994) جهت مشخص کردن مؤلفه­ های تربیت اخلاقی استفاده کرده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوده است با توجه به هدف پژوهش نمونه­ گیری انجام نشده و کلیه اسناد جامعه آماری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته ­اند. بدین منظور واحد تحلیل؛ تمامی جملات، اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه فرهنگیان می­باشد. ابزار پژوهش فیش، چک لیست­ها و فرم­های محقق ساخته بوده است. برای تفسیر و تحلیل داده­ ها از روش تحلیل – توصیفی استفاده شده است. یافته ­ها: براساس یافته ­ها مؤلفه­ های تربیت اخلاقی دانشجومعلمان براساس اسناد بالادستی در 4 بُعد اصلی شامل؛ ابعاد فرهنگی- اجتماعی(مشتمل بر مؤلفه ­های بصیرت و مسئولیت پذیری فرهنگی و اجتماعی)، سیاسی- اقتصادی(مشتمل بر مؤلفه­ های بینش سیاسی و مدیریت اقتصادی)، سازمانی (تعهد، اخلاق­مداری، مدیریت دانش و تخصص حرفه­ای) و شخصیتی (دین­مداری، ولایت­مداری، ویژگی شخصیتی، ملی­گرایی، سبک زندگی و مهارت­های ادراکی) سازمان یافت. نتیجه ­گیری: تربیت ­اخلاقی دانشجو معلمان در راستای مؤلفه­ های در نظر گرفته شده، یکی از ضروریات امر آموزش این گروه می‏ باشد در این میان دانشگاه فرهنگیان باید در طراحی برنامه درسی تربیت اخلاقی دانشجویان خود به تمام ابعاد و مؤلفه ­های تربیت اخلاقی شناسایی شده توجه داشته باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Explanation of the Ethical Education Components of Teacher-Student based on Upstream Documents of Farhangian University
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Ethical education is considered as the heart of teachers' professional education. Among them, identifying the components of moral education is one of the necessities of successful education in this field. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to collect the components of moral education of students and teachers of Farhangian University based on the upstream documents of this university. Method: The present study has used the method of qualitative content analysis based on the approach of Gall et al. (1994) to determine the components of moral education. The statistical population in this study included all upstream documents of Farhangian University. According to the purpose of the study, sampling was not performed and all documents of the statistical population were analyzed. For this purpose all sentences are upstream documents of Farhangian University. The research tools were researcher-made checklists and forms. Descriptive-analytical method has been used to interpret and analyze the data Results: Based on the findings, the components of student-teacher moral education based on upstream documents in 4 main dimensions include; Socio-cultural dimensions (including components of cultural and social insight and responsibility), political-economic (including components of political insight and economic management), organizational (commitment, ethics, knowledge management and professional expertise) and personality (religiosity, provincialism, personality traits, nationalism, lifestyle and perceptual skills) were organized. Conclusion: Ethical nurture of student-teachers is one of necessities in educational affair of this group along with considered components. Meanwhile Farhangian University has to pay attention to designing of curriculum for ethical nurture of its students in all dimensions and on all recognized ethical components.
