عنوان فارسی مبانی فقهی و اخلاقی تشکیل حکومت اسلامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: علم اخلاق، علمی است که در آن از ملکات انسانی مربوط به قوای نباتی، حیوانی و‏‎ ‎‏انسانی بحث می شود. در این علم، شناخت ملکات فاضله از رذایل، مورد بحث قرار‏‎ ‎‏می گیرد، تا به واسطۀ آن، آدمی خود را به ملکات فاضله بیاراید و به این وسیله از او افعالی‏‎ ‎‏سرزند که موجب نیل به سعادت اخروی گردد. اهمیت تعاملات سیاست و اخلاق سالهاست که مورد توجه صاحبنظران بوده است. روشن شدن تعاملات اخلاق و سیاست از آن روی اهمیت داردکه تکلیف بسیاری از مقولات مهم و بحث برانگیز که زیرمجموعه این دو به شمار می روند روشن خواهد شد. رابطه سیاست و اخلاق به ویژه در حکومت اسلامی بیشتر مورد توجه است. از این روی پژوهش حاضر به بررسی مبانی فقهی و اخلاقی در تشکیل حکومت اسلامی پرداخته است. نتیجه گیری: حکومت اسلامی را می توان حکومت قانون الهی دانست چرا که برپا داشتن مکارم اخلاقی، تحقق عدالت اجتماعی، و حفظ عزت و کرامت انسانی تنها در پرتو احکام الهی قابل دستیابی است و برای اجرای احکام الهی برقرار ساختن حکومت اسلامی و الهی اهمیت فراوان دارد. حکومت اسلامی باید متعهد بر اخلاق باشد چرا که در نظام سیاسی مردمسـالاری دینـی، اگـر عطف بر دو مؤلّفه مشروعیت آن، یعنی حقّانیت و مقبولیت، نقد و نظارت لازم صورت نگیرد، به دلیل اعتمادگرایی مفرط در بستری از باورهای دینی و عاطفه گرایی مـرتبط و پیشینه اسـتبدادی و ضـعف و سسـت بنیـادی نهادهـای مـدنی و تـاریخی، امکـان بـروز آسیبهایی از قبیل تشدید یکه سالاری و ظهور استبداد دینی، تقویـت حکومـت مطلقـه دینی با پشتوانه مقبولیت مردمی، بروز ماکیاولیسم مذهبی و دولایه شدن تزویـر و ریـا در لوای حکومت دینی و مردمی، دو چندان می شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Ethics is a science that discusses human properties related to plant, animal and human forces. In this science, the knowledge of the virtuous queens from vices is discussed, through which a person brings himself to the virtuous queens and by this means he is revived by actions that lead to the happiness of the hereafter. The importance of political and ethical interactions has been the focus of experts for years. It is important to clarify the interactions between ethics and politics because the task of many important and controversial categories that are a subset of the two will be clarified. The relationship between politics and ethics, especially in the Islamic government, is more important. Therefore, the present study examines the jurisprudential and moral foundations in the formation of the Islamic government. Conclusion: The Islamic government can be considered as the government of divine law, because the establishment of moral virtues, the realization of social justice, and the preservation of human dignity and dignity can only be achieved in the light of divine laws and the establishment of Islamic and divine government is very important. The Islamic government must be committed to morality, because in the political system of religious democracy, if the two components of its legitimacy, namely legitimacy and acceptability, criticism and oversight, are not taken into account, due to overconfidence in the context of religious beliefs and sentiments. The tyranny, weakness, and fundamentalism of the world's historical and institutional institutions, the possibility of further damage such as the intensification of monotheism and the rise of religious tyranny, the strengthening of religious and secularism, religious and secularism, with the support of popular acceptance.
