عنوان فارسی بررسی نقش سیستم مدیریت کیفیت (ISO۹۰۰۱-۲۰۰۲) بهبود عملکرد واحد پذیرش و ترخیص در یکی از بیمارستانهای عمومی شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: برای افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی خدمات مراقبتی، پرونده‌های کاغذی به دلیل محدودیتهای متعدد باید جای خود را به پرونده‌های الکترونیکی بدهند که از مزایای زیادی برخوردارند. این پژوهش به منظور معرفی کارایی و اثربخشی پیشرفته‌ترین پرونده‌های الکترونیکی موجود در صنعت بهداشت طی سالهای 1381 – 1382 انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش: گردآوری اطلاعات با مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، استفاده از اینترنت و پست الکترونیکی صورت گرفت. مروری بر مطالعات: گزارشهای مربوط به استفاده از رایانه برای داده‌های بالینی به 1950 برمی‌گردد. در این مقاله سیستمهای EMR ، EPR و HER معرفی می‌شوند که از مهمترین سیستم‌های پرونده‌های الکترونیکی موجود هستند. بررسیها نشان داده‌اند که با پرونده‌های الکترونیکی علاوه بر کاهش مرگ و میر و هزینه‌های مربوط به تشخیص و درمان 15% در مصرف کاغذ و تولید فرمهای کاغذی 51% در هزینه رونویسی پزشکی و 65% در هزینه بایگانی و بازیابی اطلاعات پرونده‌های پزشکی صرفه جویی شده است. بحث ونتیجه گیری: برای ایجاد یک سیستم پرونده الکترونیکی مناسب در کشورمان، توصیه می‌شود سیستمهای الکترونیکی موجود در جهان مورد مطالعه دقیق قرار گیرد. جا دارد از هم اکنون با آموزش کلیه پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی بستر مناسب برای استفاد از این سیستمها فراهم گردد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: for developing the efficiency and effectiveness of the health 0services, the paper files, because of their numerous limitations, have to be displaced with the electronic records which have many advantages. This research was done for introducing the efficiency and effectiveness of the most advanced electronic records available in the industrial health during the years 1381-1382. Methodology: Collecting the information was done with the library study and using the Internet and E-mail. Review of the studies: the interpretation Connected with the computer. Use for the clinical data, begun in 1950. In this article the EHR, EPR, EMR systems will be presented which are the most important and available electronic records. The inspections have shown that with the electronic records besides the diminution of mortality and the expenses related to diagnosis and cure, have saved % 15 in the consumption of the paper and producing the papery- forms. 51 % in the medical copying expenses and 65% in the archives expenses and refunding the information of the medical records. conclusion: To invent one propitious electronic record system in our Country, we advise to search very intensively the electronical systems, available in the whole world, and from now on with training all health Personnel, we can prepare a propitious condition to use these systems.
