عنوان فارسی نگاهی به چالش‌های رهبران مرزگستر دانشگاهی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی بود؛ بنابراین، بخش کیفی پژوهش به روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. مشارکت­کنندگان پژوهش در بخش کیفی، مدیران و رهبران دانشگاهی با سوابق مدیریتی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری معیاری و با در نظر گرفتن اشباع نظری در یافته­ها، درمجموع با تعداد 12 نفر مصاحبه انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و روش تحلیل داده‌ها نیز روش تحلیل مضمون بود. برای پایایی داده‌‌های بخش کیفی، از روش بازبینی توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته­های بخش کیفی نشان داد، چالش‌های مرزگستری رهبران دانشگاهی در سه دسته چالش‌های فردی (مهارتی و ادراکی)، سازمانی (ساختاری و زیرساختی – مالی) و محیطی (نهادی – اجتماعی) طبقه‌بندی‌ شد. در بخش دوم پژوهش؛ با توجه به اینکه هدف، اعتباریابی مضامین اصلی و فرعی احصا شده بخش کیفی بود، بنابراین از رویکرد کمی و روش پیمایشی استفاده شد. جمع‌آوری داده­ها، توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 15 سؤال در مقیاس پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت و متشکل از ابعاد چالش‌های فردی، سازمانی و محیطی انجام شد. پایایی پرسشنامه، با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و به ترتیب برای چالش‌های فردی (813/0)، سازمانی (861/0) و محیطی (771/0) به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‏افزار SPSS16 و آزمون‌های تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن بهره گرفته شد. نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد، با توجه به اینکه، میانگین‌ چالش فردی (25/4)، چالش سازمانی (45/4) و چالش محیطی (25/4) از میانگین (3) بیشتر بود؛ بنابراین، از دیدگاه مدیران و رهبران دانشگاهی، امتیاز همه ابعاد چالش­ها بیشتر از حد متوسط بوده و بر اساس مقدار t در سطح (01/0 = p)، نتایج معنادار بود. ازاین‌رو می‌توان گفت، هریک از ابعاد کشف‌شده بخش کیفی، موردتوافق بالای مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش بود. همچنین، اولویت‌بندی چالش‌ها، به ترتیب چالش‌های سازمانی، فردی و محیطی به دست آمد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Look at the Challenges of Boundary-Spanner Academic Leaders
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The present study was an exploratory sequential mixed method approach, so the qualitative section of the study was done by descriptive phenomenology method. The participants in the qualitative section included academic administrators with managerial experience who by criterion sampling and saturation in the research findings, 12 were selected for the interview. Research tools in the section were semi-structured interviews and the data analysis was by thematic analysis. In order to get assured of the validity of the data in the section, member-checking was employed. The findings of the qualitative section showed that the challenges of boundary-spanner academic leaders can be categorized into three main categories: individual, organizations, and environment. In the second section of the study; given that the purpose was to validate the main and sub-themes of the qualitative section, so a quantitative survey strategy was used. To collect quantitative data, a researcher-designed questionnaire was applied consisting of 15 questions on a five-point Likert scale and including individual, organizational and environmental challenges. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient and was obtained for individual (0.813), organizational (0.861), and environmental (0.771) challenges.  For the data analysis, a One-sample t-test and Friedman test were used in SPSS16 software. The results of the section showed that considering that, the mean of individual challenge (4.25), organizational challenge (4.45), and environmental challenge (4.25) was higher than the theoretical mean (3); Therefore, from the perspective of academic administrators and leaders, the score of all dimensions of the challenges was above theoretical mean and based on the value of t at the level (p =0.01), the results were significant. So, each of the discovered dimensions in the qualitative section was highly agreed upon by the participants in the study. Also, the prioritization of the challenges was included, respectively, organizational, individual, and environmental challenges.
