عنوان فارسی بررسی نگرش اعضای هیأت علمی در خصوص کارکردهای دانشگاه (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، بررسی نگرش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز درزمینه کارکردهای دانشگاه است. طرح کلی این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی ناهمزمان (کیفی- کمی- کیفی) است. در بخش کیفی، از روش پدیدارشناسی؛ در بخش کمی، از آمارهای توصیفی  میانگین و در بخش کیفی آخر، از روش گروه‌های کانونی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری، شامل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز (600 نفر)، که مرحله مصاحبه اکتشافی اولیه، با انتخاب هدفمند 54 عضو؛ بخش کمی با انتخاب تصادفی 225 عضو؛ و بخش کیفی آخر (گروه کانونی) با انتخاب هدفمند مطلوب 8 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاه انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به ترتیب در سه مرحله کیفی- کمی- کیفی، به شیوه مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مستخرج از مصاحبه‌ها و مرحله آخر مصاحبه گروه کانونی است. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه، تأیید شد و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفاکرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه (78/0=a) به‌دست‌آمده که نشانه پایایی مطلوب است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری اشتروس و کوربین (1990)، و در بخش کمی نیز از آماره‌های توصیفی متناسب با سؤالات پژوهش، استفاده شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس مصاحبه­ها در بخش کیفی پژوهش، حاکی از آن بود که مقوله کارکردهای دانشگاه، دارای 5 حوزه آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی، کارآفرینی، تجاری‌سازی و کارکرد اجتماعی است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از بخش کمی حاکی از آن بود که در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز، کارکرد آموزشی مهم‌ترین کارکرد تلقی می­شود و کمترین میانگین، نشان‌دهنده این مهم است که به کارکرد کارآفرینی در دانشگاه کمتر توجه شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان بخش کانونی هم یافته‌های دو مرحله قبل را تأیید کردند. بنابراین توصیه می‌شود دانشگاه زمینه را برای پرداختن به کارکردهای جدید ازجمله کارآفرینی و تجاری‌سازی فراهم کند.

عنوان انگلیسی The attitude of university faculty members about the functions of the university
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this applied research is to investigate the attitudes of faculty members of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz  It has been about the functions of the university. The overall outline of this research is a combination kind of sequential exploratory (Qual. Quan. Qual.). In the qualitative section, the phenomenological method; in the quantitative section, use descriptive statistics such as averages, and in the  final qualitative section, the focus groups method has been utilized. The domain of this research and it's statistical society contains the faculty members of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, in which it is included the initial exploratory interview section with a purposful sampling of 54 members; a quantitative section with random sampling of 225 members; and the final qualitative section (focud groups) with  desirable purposful sampling of nine faculty members. The data-gathering tools in three qual.- quan.- qual. stages are conducted through (1) semi-structured interviews, (2) a researcher-made questionnaire prepared by interviews, and (3) a focus group interview. Then, the face and content validity of the researcher-made questionnaire is confirmed and it's reliability is calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaires(α = 0.78) which denotes a desirable reliability of the proposed tool. To analyze data, Strauss and Corbin's coding method was used in the qualitative part and descriptive statistics was used in the quantitative part. The obtained results showed that university functions have 5 academic, research, cultural, entrepreneurship, commercialization, and social fields of performance. The obtained results from the quantitative part of research about the showed that academic performance is considered as the most important one, and the minimum mean shows that entrepreneurship performance has mentioned less in University. In addition, the participants of the focus part confirmed the findings of two previous steps.
