عنوان فارسی تأثیر برخی فاکتورهای فیزیکی زیستگاه بر ریخت‌شناسی Baetis vernus در طول رودخانه کرج
چکیده فارسی مقاله عوامل محیطی به‌عنوان نیرویی قدرتمند در شکل‌دهی ریخت موجودات اثر می‌گذارند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر برخی فاکتورهای فیزیکی زیستگاه بر تغییرات ریختی Baetis vernus در امتداد رودخانه کرج می‌باشد. نمونه‌برداری در دو فصل پاییز (1397) و بهار (1398) توسط کیک‌نت با چشمه تور 500 میکرون در 10 ایستگاه (سه تکرار)، با ثبت 11 متغیر محیطی انجام گرفت. شناسایی گونه با تفکیک جنسیت (نر و ماده) انجام شد. 42 ویژگی ریختی بر روی 30 نمونه (نر و ماده) در هر ایستگاه با استفاده از گراتیکول اندازه‌گیری شد. پس از انجام آنالیزهای آماری بر روی داده‌ها، نتایج نشان داد تغییرات فاکتورهای محیطی دما (پاییز)، عمق (بهار) و ارتفاع (پاییز و بهار) اختلاف معنی‌دار داشتند (05/0>p). همچنین مؤثرترین متغیرهای محیطی بر الگوی تغییرات ریختی، دما، عرض و دبی در فصل پاییز و دما، سرعت جریان آب، دبی، شوری و EC در فصل بهار بودند. به نظر می‌رسد نوسانات این فاکتورهای محیطی با تأثیر بر شرایط زیستگاه عامل تغییرات ریختی گونه Baetis vernus (تغییرات صفات حرکتی و غیرحرکتی با تغییر شرایط زیستگاه) در طول رودخانه کرج باشد. تحلیل‌ها در خصوص دوریختی جنسی گونه Baetis vernus نشان داد صفات بین دو جنس نر و ماده تفاوت نداشتند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Environmental factors strongly contribute to shaping the morphology of organisms. The present study mainly aims to examine how some physical factors in a habitat influence morphological variations in Baetis vernus along the Karaj River. Sampling was conducted in autumn (2018) and spring (2019) using a kick net sampling device with a mesh size of 500 μm at 10 sampling sites (three replicates) by recording 11 environmental variables. The species was identified through gender classification (male and female). Graticule was used to measure 42 morphological properties of 30 (male and female) samples identified at each site. Following the statistical analysis of the data, The results showed changes in environmental factors such as temperature (autumn), depth (spring), and elevation (autumn and spring) had significant differences (p< 0/05). In addition changes in environmental factors such as temperature, width and discharge in autumn and temperature, water flow velocity, discharge, salinity and EC in spring have influenced the morphological variations. The changes in these factors seem to contribute to morphological variations in Baetis vernus (Changes in moving and non-moving traits with habitat changes) along the Karaj River by affecting the habitat conditions. the analyses of gender-related morphological variations in Baetis vernus showed no difference between the male and female species in terms of these traits.
