عنوان فارسی اصول و مؤلفه‌های پژوهش تمدّن‌ساز در اندیشه حضرت آیت الله خامنه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش یک فرایند قابل مدیریت و نظام­‌دهی است و یکی از پایه‌­های اساسی تمدّن‌­سازی شمرده می شود؛ از این رو طراحی نقشه‌­ی پژوهش هدفمند در مسیر تحقق تمدّن­‌سازی با توجه به بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب ضروری است. در این راستا باید اندیشه‌­های آیت الله خامنه‌­ای را به مثابه اندیشمند و سردمدار تمدّن­‌خواهی نوین اسلامی، مورد توجه و تحلیل قرار داد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی، با مطالعه تفصیلی بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب در بازه زمانی 1379 تا 1397، به استخراج اصول و زیرساخت­‌های مسیر پژوهش تمدّن‌­ساز پرداخته و به دو اصل «انطباق پژوهش بر نیازهای جاری و آینده کشور» و «دستیابی به مرجعیت و استقلال علمی» دست­یافته است. به دنبال آن، مؤلفه‌­های عملی هر یک را مورد تحلیل و واکاوی قرار داده است؛ در این راستا، چهار مؤلفه برای تحقق اصل نخست و شش مؤلفه برای اصل دوم ارائه کرده و تاکتیک­‌های عملیاتی را پیشنهاد نموده است.

عنوان انگلیسی Principles and Components of Civilization Making Research in the Thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Research is a manageable and systematic process and is considered one of the basic foundations of civilization. Therefore, it is necessary to design a purposeful research plan in the direction of the realization of civilization according to the statement of the second step of the revolution. In this regard, the ideas of Ayatollah Khamenei as a thinker and leader of the modern Islamic civilization should be considered and analyzed. This descriptive-analytical study, by studying in detail the statements of the Supreme Leader  in the years 1379 to 1397, has extracted the principles and infrastructures of the path of civilization making research and the two principles of "adaptation of research to current and future needs of the country" and "achieving authority and scientific independence". It then analyzes the practical components of each; In this regard, it has proposed four components for the realization of the first principle and six components for the second principle and has proposed operational tactics.
