عنوان فارسی برنامه‌ریزی کالبدی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهر زاهدان
چکیده فارسی مقاله اهداف: رعایت الزامات پدافند غیرعامل در برنامه­‌ریزی کالبدی از اصول لازم برای توسعه پایدار و به منظور ماندگاری تاسیسات و زیرساخت­‌های شهر و حفظ جان و مال مردم اتخاذ می­‌شود، بنابراین توجه مدیران و مسئولان به اصول پدافند غیرعامل در برنامه‌­ریزی کالبدی، زمینه­‌های لازم برای پیشبرد این رویکرد نوین برای ارتقای مفهوم ایمنی و امنیت شهری را فراهم می­کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، برنامه‌­ریزی کالبدی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهر زاهدان، بود. روش­‌شناسی: پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر در سال 1400 انجام شد. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌­ها به صورت اسنادی و کتابخانه‌­ای و با استفاده از مطالعات مهندسین مشاور و سازمان­‌های مربوطه و استخراج داده‌­ها از نقشه‌­های GIS شهر بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌­ها، نرم­‌افزارهای Super Decisions 3 مدل ANP و Arc GIS 10.8 استفاده شد. یافته­‌ها: نتایج تلفیق نقشه­ها با استفاده از روش GIS-ANP نشان داد، در صورت وقوع بحران از مجموع مساحت شهر مساحتی در حدود 735هکتار دارای وضعیت نامناسب، 1240هکتار دارای وضعیت نسبتاً نامناسب، 3120هکتار متوسط، 2187هکتار نسبتاً مناسب و 790هکتار دارای وضعیت مناسب است. نتیجه­‌گیری: وضعیت کالبدی شهر زاهدان از نظر اصول پدافند غیرعامل در مرکز مناسب و کاملاً مناسب و در حاشیه­‌های شهر و به خصوص نیمه جنوبی شهری نامناسب و کاملاً نامناسب است.

عنوان انگلیسی Physical Planning with a Passive Defense Approach in the City of Zahedan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: Observance of passive defense requirements is one of the necessary principles for the sustainable development of the city's facilities and infrastructure and the protection of people's lives and property is considered, Therefore, the attention of managers and officials to the principles of passive defense provides the necessary grounds for advancing this new approach in order to promote the concept of urban safety and security. The aim of the present study was to Physical planning with a passive defense approach in the city of Zahedan. Methodology: The present descriptive-analytical research was conducted in 2021. This research is applied in terms of purpose. Collecting information and data in the form of documents and libraries and using the studies of consulting engineers and related organizations and extracting data from GIS maps of the city. For data analysis, Super Decisions (ANP model) and Arc GIS software was used. Finding: The results of combining the maps using GIS-ANP method showed, In the event of a crisis, out of the total area of the city, an area of about 735 hectares is in an unfavorable condition, 1240 hectares with relatively unfavorable condition, 3120 hectares average, 2187 hectares are relatively suitable and 790 hectares were in good condition. Conclusion: And on the suburbs city, especially in the southern half, it was unsuitable and completely unsuitable.
