عنوان فارسی نقدی هستی‌شناختی بر ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی در آثار ژئوراید اتوتایل و سیمون دالبی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پژوهش‌های فلسفی در مطالعات جغرافیای سیاسی در ایران بسیار محدود است. در میان موارد موجود نیز با نوعی آشفتگی نظری مواجهیم که برآمده از فقدان دقت علمی و فلسفی کافی است. از این رو این پژوهش به‌دنبال آن است تا با نشان‌دادن ضرورت انجام پژوهش‌های فلسفی در حوزه جغرافیا و برشمردن برخی از پیامدهای منفی این غفلت اساسی، به نقد فلسفی ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی در نوشته‌های اتوتایل و دالبی بپردازد. تمام تمرکز ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی بر حوزه شناخت‌شناسی است؛ به‌طوری که گویی شناخت‌شناسی می‌تواند مستقل از هستی‌شناسی وجود داشته باشد. در نتیجه نمی‌تواند یک رویکرد شناختی و نظری در جغرافیا عرضه کند و به اشتباه، این‌طور می‌انگارد که علم و عینیت فقط به شکل پوزیتیویستی ممکن است. بی‌توجهی به اهمیت هستی‌شناسی باعث شده تا ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی برخلاف ادعایش نتواند رویکردی رهایی‌بخش عرضه کند. از همین رو در بحث‌های شناخت‌شناسانه اتوتایل و دالبی با آشفتگی گسترده‌ای مواجه می‌شویم. پژوهش حاضر نوعی پژوهش بنیادی-‌نظری است که با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل منطقی و منابع کتاب‌خانه‌ای می‌کوشد به پرسش‌های طرح‌شده پاسخ دهد. مبنای نظری بدیل نیز برگرفته از فلسفه علم روی باسکار با عنوان واقع‌گرایی انتقادی است. نتیجه‌گیری: هستی‌شناسی ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی، نوعی هستی‌شناسی انسان‌محور، ایده‌آلیستی و در نتیجه، ذهن‌گرایانه است که کل واقعیت را به گفتمان فرومی‌کاهد و در نتیجه فاقد یک رویکرد فلسفی لایه‌مند است و نمی‌تواند لایه‌های غیرگفتمانی و ساختاری واقعیت و مهم‌تر از آن، برهم‌کنش لایه‌های مختلف واقعیت (اعم از گفتمانی و غیرگفتمانی) را تبیین کند. به سبب این هستی‌شناسی مسطح، ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی نمی‌تواند تمایز لایه‌های ذهنی و عینی واقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی و رابطه دیالکتیکی متقابلشان را دریابد. در نتیجه نظریه‌پردازی به نوعی نقد صرف تقلیل داده می‌شود که پیش از شناخت موضوع و مساله دل‌مشغول نقد آن است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Philosophical research in the study of political geography in Iran is very limited. Among the existing cases, we encounter a kind of theoretical confusion that results from a lack of sufficient scientific and philosophical accuracy. Therefore, this study seeks to address the critical philosophical geopolitical critique in the writings of Ó Tuathail and Dalby by pointing out the necessity of conducting philosophical research in the field of geography and enumerating some of the negative consequences of this fundamental neglect. The whole focus of critical geopolitics is on the field of epistemology; As if ontology could exist independently of ontology. As a result, it cannot offer a cognitive and theoretical approach to geography and erroneously pretends that science and objectivity are possible only in a positivist form. Ignoring the importance of ontology has made critical geopolitics unable to offer a liberating approach, contrary to its claims. This is why we encounter widespread confusion in the cognitive debates of Ó Tuathail and Dalby. The present study is a kind of fundamental-theoretical research that tries to answer the proposed questions by using the method of logical analysis and library resources. The alternative theoretical basis is derived from Bhaskar's philosophy of science as critical realism. Conclusion: Critical geopolitical ontology is a kind of human-centered, idealistic, and therefore subjectivist ontology that reduces the whole of reality to discourse and thus lacks a layered philosophical approach and cannot interact with the non-discourse and structural layers of reality and, more importantly, with reality. Explain discourse and non-discourse). Because of this flat ontology, critical geopolitics cannot discern the mental and objective layers of geopolitical reality and their dialectical relationship. As a result, theorizing is reduced to a mere critique that preoccupies the subject before recognizing the subject.
