عنوان فارسی رابطه بین سیستم های مغزی رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با علائم افسردگی در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو: نقش میانجی انعطاف پذیری شناختی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه­ای انعطاف­پذیری شناختی بین سیستم­های مغزی رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با علائم افسردگی در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو صورت گرفت. مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری می­باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه کننده به کلینیک تخصصی ارمغان شهر کرج در سال 1399بودند که 250 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با سیاهه تجدیدنظر شده افسردگی(BDI-II) بک (1961)، مقیاس سیستم‏های مغزی- رفتاری (BIS/BAS) کارور و وایت (1994)، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (DERS) گراتز و رومر (2004) و سیاهه انعطاف­پذیری روانشناختی (CFI)­ دنیس و واندر (2010) جمع­آوری شد. داده­های به دست آمده از طریق آزمون همبستگی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری به وسیله نرم افزار  SPSS-24 و AMOS-26 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین سیستم فعال ساز رفتاری و انعطاف­پذیری شناختی با افسردگی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). بین سیستم  بازداری رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با افسردگی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). همچنین  مدل اصلاح شده از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. یعنی مدل پژوهش، قادر به تبیین و توضیح رابطه­ی بین متغیرها است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تایید نقش میانجی انعطاف­پذیری شناختی در ارتباط بین سیستم­های مغزی-رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با علائم افسردگی بود .با اعمال برنامه­ها و مداخلاتی برای افزایش انعطاف­­پذیری شناختی و توانایی تنظیم هیجان می­توان از افسردگی بیماران دیابتی کاست.

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between Behavioral Brain Systems and Difficulty in Emotion Regulation with Depressive Symptoms in People with Type 2 Diabetes: The Mediating Role of Cognitive Flexibility
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of cognitive flexibility between behavioral brain systems and difficulty in regulating emotion with depressive symptoms in people with type 2 diabetes. The present study is a descriptive-correlation study of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study was all patients with diabetes referred to Armaghan specialized clinic in Karaj in 1399 250 people were selected by available sampling method. Data with Revised Depression Inventory (BDI-II) Beck (1961), Carver and White Brain / Behavioral Systems Scale (BIS / BAS) (1994), Graz and Roemer (DERS) Difficulty in Emotion Regulation Scale (2004), And the Denis and Wonder (2010) Psychological Flexibility Inventory (CFI) were collected. Data were analyzed by correlation test and structural equation modeling using SPSS-24 and AMOS-26 software. The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between behavioral activation system and cognitive flexibility with depression (P < 0.01). There is a positive and significant relationship between the behavioral inhibition system and difficulty in emotion regulation with depression (P < 0.01). The modified model also had a good fit. That is, the research model is able to explain the relationship between variables. The results also confirmed the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between brain-behavioral systems and difficulty in regulating emotion with depressive symptoms. Reduces the power of depression in diabetic patients.
