عنوان فارسی مرور سیستماتیک و فراتحلیل اصول و روش های سازگاری با بیماری روماتیسم
چکیده فارسی مقاله بیماری روماتیسم جزء شایع ترین بیماری­های مزمن سیستم اسکلتی- عضلانی و بافت همبند محسوب می­شوند که طیف گسترده ای از گروه­های سنی مختلف را تحت تاثیر قرار می­دهد. این بیماری خودایمنی مزمن بر استخوان­ها، مفاصل و سایر اجزای سیستم اسکلتی تاثیرگذار بوده و باعث ناتوانی و صرف هزینه­های بهداشتی زیادی می­شود. ازاین­رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مرور سیستماتیک و فراتحلیل کیفی اصول و روش­های سازگاری با بیماری روماتیسم انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی مقالات و پایان نامه­های مرتبط با کلید واژه­ها و در راستای اهدف پژوهش بود، که در نهایت 16 پژوهش مورد واکاوی و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. بررسی شواهد موجود نشان داد که سازگاری با بیماری روماتیسم مفهومی پیچیده و چندوجهی است که نیازمند سازگاری در حوزه­های مختلف زندگی است. همچنین سازگاری با بیماری روماتیسم پدیده­ای پویا است که عوامل مثبت و منفی در کنار یکدیگر در آن دخیل هستند و نمی‌توان بی­توجه به بافت زندگی فرد به طور مناسب آن را توصیف کرد. افزون براین، مهم­ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در سازگاری با بیماری روماتیسم عوامل روان شناختی، پاسخ­های فردی به استرس، اختلال رفتاری و ویژگی­های شخصیتی بیماران بود. یافته­های به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می­تواند در آموزش و طراحی پروتکل­های درمانی مناسب جهت کاهش پیامدهای منفی بیماری روماتیسم، این فرصت را در اختیار روان شناسان، مشاوران و متخصصین سلامت روان قرار ‌دهد تا انتخاب‌های بیشتری جهت درمان انواع مختلف اختلال‌های شناختی و روان شناختی این بیماران در اختیار داشته باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی A systematic review and Qualitative meta-analysis on the Principles and methods of adaptation to Rheumatic disorders
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Rheumatic disorders are among the most prevalent chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, and they can affect a wide range of age groups. Encompassing a large number of arthritis and autoimmune diseases, they can affect the bones, joints, and other components of the musculoskeletal system, causing morbidity or disability with resultant healthcare utilization. Therefore, the present study aimed to systematically review and Qualitative meta-analysis on the Principles and methods of adaptation to Rheumatic disorders. The data in this qualitative meta-analysis was all articles and theses related to keywords and in line with the purpose of the research. All researches that were analyzed and evaluated in the present study included 16 researches. Our analysis of the scientific literature leads us to the conclusions that, rheumatism necessitates adjustment in multiple life domains; both positive and negative indicators of adjustment are relevant; adjustment is not static but rather represents a process that unfolds over time; adjustment cannot be described adequately without reference to the individual's context; and heterogeneity in adjustment is the rule rather than the exception. The findings of the present study could provide psychologists, counselors, and mental health professionals with the opportunity to discuss and design appropriate treatment protocols to reduce the negative consequences of diabetes, to make more choices for the treatment of various types of cognitive impairment. and the psychology of these patients.
