عنوان فارسی بررسی مقایسه‌ای ویژگی‌های مورفومتریک و مریستیک ماهی کفشک تیزدندان Psettodes erumei در آبهای خلیج فارس و دریای عمان
چکیده فارسی مقاله در این تحقیق ویژگی‌های مورفومتریک و مریستیک کفشک تیزدندان در دو منطقه بندرعباس و بندرجاسک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از هر منطقه بالغ بر 30 قطعه ماهی کفشک تیزدندان تهیه و پس از انجام عملیات زیست‌سنجی، 29 مشخصه مورفومتریک (قابل اندازه‌گیری) و 9 مشخصه مریستیک (قابل شمارش) مورد اندازه‌گیری و شمارش قرار گرفت. طبق نتایج حاصله میانگین ضریب تغییرات در مشخصه‌های مورفومتریک ماهیان راست گرد و چپ گرد منطقه بندرعباس به ترتیب 34/0 و 41/0 و میانگین ضریب تغییرات فاکتورهای مریستیک ماهیان راست گرد و چپ گرد 14/0 و 17/0 می‌باشد. میانگین ضریب تغییرات فاکتورهای مورفومتریک ماهیان راست گرد و چپ گرد بندرجاسک به ترتیب 25/0 و 24/0 و میانگین ضریب تغییرات فاکتورهای مریستیک ماهیان راست گرد و چپ گرد 10/0 و10/0 می‌باشد. همچنین ماهیان کفشک تیزدندان بطور کلی در 25 عامل مورفومتریک و 1 عامل مریستیک در بین این مناطق اختلاف معنی‌داری داشتند (P< 0.05). ارتفاع باله مخرجی، ارتفاع باله پشتی،قطر چشم بالا و پایین، ارتفاع باله شکمی سطح تیره و روشن، طول قاعده باله سینه‌ای سطح تیره و روشن و عرض دهان از بین فاکتورهای مورفومتریک بیشترین اختلاف را به خود اختصاص داده اند. بین پارامتر‌های اندازه‌گیری شده در ماهی کفشک تیزدندان راست گرد و چپ گرد در هر منطقه مشابه اختلاف معنی‌دار دیده نشد (P>0.05). طبق این نتایج بین دو مشخصه مورفومتریک و مریستیک، تفاوت‌های موجود در مشخصه مورفومتریک مشخص‌تر می‌باشد که خود ناشی از شرایط زیست محیطی متفاوت در این دو منطقه است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Comparative study of morphometric and meristic characteristics of Psettodes erumei in the waters of the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In this study, the morphometric and meristic characteristics of Psettodes erumei in two regions of Bandar Abbas and Bandar Jask were investigated. Up to30 Psettodes erumei fish were prepared from each region and after performing bioassay operations, 29 morphometric characteristics and 9 meristic characteristics were measured and counted. According to the results, the average coefficients of variation in the morphometric characteristics of right-handed and left-handed fish in Bandar Abbas region are 0.34 and 0.41, respectively, and the average coefficient of variation of meristic factors of right-handed and left-handed fish is 0.14 and 0.17. The mean coefficients of variation of morphometric factors of right-handed and left-handed fish of Bandar Jask are 0.25 and 0.24, respectively, and the mean coefficient of variation of meristic factors of right-handed and left-handed fish is 0.10 and 0.10. Also, Psettodes erumei fish had a significant difference in 25 morphometric factors and 1 meristic factor between these regions (P < 0.05). The height of the anterior fin, the height of the dorsal fin, the height of the ventral fin on the dark and light surface, the length of the base of the thoracic fin on the dark and light surface and the width of the mouth are the most important morphometric factors. There was no significant difference between the parameters measured in Psettodes erumei fish in any similar area (P> 0.05). According to these results, the differences between the morphometric and meristic characteristics are more pronounced, which is itself due to different environmental conditions in these two regions.
