عنوان فارسی طراحی الگویی برای تحلیل اکوسیستم ورزش شهروندی و برنامه‌ریزی توسعه آن (مطالعه موردی: شهر بندرانزلی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: هدف از این پژوهش ارائه چارچوبی برای تحلیل اکوسیستم ورزش شهروندی در شهر انزلی و برنامه­ریزی توسعه آن بود. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به صورت کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری-کارکردی در سطح راهبردی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش جامعه انسانی (31 نفر) و جامعه اطلاعاتی (37 نسخه) بود. روش گردآوردی اطلاعات شامل سه روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحیه اکتشافی و تکنیک دلفی بود. روایی ابزارها براساس تعیین اعتبار منابع و افراد نظرخواهی شده، روایی­سنجی محتوایی و صوری چارچوب مصاحبه، محاسبه ضرایب توافق بین مصصحان کدگذاری مطلوب ارزیابی گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته­ها نشان داد که ابعاد اکوسیستم ورزش شهروندی انزلی شامل چند منظر کلی شامل فرد شهروند، خانواده، محیط زندگی شهروندی، فضای رسانه‌ای، سازمان‌های متولی، بازار ورزش، قابلیت‌های ورزش، جهانی شدن ورزش و مشارکت ورزشی است. علاوه بر شناسایی اجزای اکوسیستم ورزش شهروندی چالش­ها و ضعف­های موجود در بستر آن نیز شناسایی شد. در نهایت راهکارهای مناسب و عملیاتی به همراه الگوی تقسیم کار بین سازمان­های متولی ارائه شد. نتیجه‌گیری: دستیابی به سطح مطلوب از توسعه ورزش شهروندی نیازمند یک رویکرد مدیریت اکوسیستمی است تا بتواند به طور مناسب همه نهادها و ذینفعان را جهت ایفای نقش فعال و هم­افزا مشارکت دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing the a native pattern and presention the executive framework of citizenship sport development in Anzali city
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: the aim of this research was the presentation of citizenship sports ecosystem framework analysis in Anzali city. Methodology: The research is carried out qualitatively in terms of structural-functional analysis and case study within strategic levels in Anzali city. The statistical population consisted of two sections: human society (31 people) and information society (37 editions). The research instruments included three methods of library study, interviewing and Delphi technique. The Validity of the instruments based on the credibility of the resources and the people surveyed, content and formalism of the interview framework, calculate coefficients of Agreement between coders desirable. Results: The findings showed that the dimensions of Anzali citizenship sports ecosystems includes a few general views. Individual citizenship, family, environment of citizen's life, media environment, trustee organizations, sports market, sports facilities, globalization of sport and sports participation. In addition to identifying the components of the citizenship sports ecosystem, the challenges and weaknesses of the platform were identified. Ultimately, proper and operational solutions Along with the pattern of division between correspondent organizations were presented. Conclusion: Based on the findings we can say Anzali Citizenship Sports Ecosystem Major capacities and capabilities on the one hand and challenges and threats on the other both structure and gender and smart adoption of strategies and strategies can simultaneously take advantage of opportunities, fixing challenges and achieve the goals.
