عنوان فارسی تحلیل اثرات اقتصادی- اجتماعی کلان‌شهرها بر روستاهای پیرامون شهری از دیدگاه جوامع محلی (مطالعه موردی: روستای مهرآباد- شهرستان دماوند)
چکیده فارسی مقاله شهرها و روستاها به‌عنوان مراکز اصلی تجمع انسان‌ها و شکل‌دهنده اصلی بنیان‌های جغرافیایی یک ناحیه بوده که دارای روابط خاص با تکیه بر ویژگی‌های اقتصادی- اجتماعی و فضایی با یکدیگر هستند. گسترش شتابان تکنولوژی طی دهه‌های اخیر، شیوه سکونت و فعالیت را در شهرها و روستاها دگرگون ساخته­است؛ این گسترش از یک‌سو باعث شهرگریزی و ازسوی‌دیگر باعث افزایش رغبت به خانه‌های دوم و استراحت در مکان‌هایی به دور از شهرها شده‌است. این موضوع به‌ویژه برای روستاهای هم‌جوار کلان‌شهرها، خصوصاً تهران و شهرهای بزرگ جدی است؛ بنابراین هر سکونتگاه روستایی که در حاشیه و پیرامون این مراکز شهری استقرار یافته باشد در معرض توجه و تأثیر قرار گرفته‌است که این امر در روستاها اثرات مختلفی را بر جای گذاشته‌است حال اینکه روستاییان چه ادارکی از این تحولات و تغییرات دارند و چگونه اثرات آن را درک می‌نمایند موضوعی است که بایستی مورد بررسی و تحقیق قرار بگیرد. هدف این مقاله بررسی اثرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی حاصل از گسترش و رشد کلان‌شهر تهران در روستای مهرآباد از دیدگاه خود روستاییان است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی و روش کمی و کیفی است،‏ جامعه آماری این پژوهش سرپرستان خانوار روستای مهرآباد (612 خانوار) بوده که با توجه به محدودیت‌های مالی و زمانی، محقق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 230 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار را به‌عنوان جامعۀ نمونه در نظر گرفته‌است و در ادامه پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌صورت تصادفی در میان سرپرستان خانوار توزیع گردید و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS پرسش‌نامه‌ها تحلیل گردید، نتایج بیانگر آن بود که در بعد اجتماعی مهم‌ترین اثر رشد کلان‌شهرها و پدیده شهرگرایی، تغییر نگرش روستاییان نسبت به زندگی روستایی و فعالیت اقتصادی است و در بعد اقتصادی عدم تعادل در اشتغال و کاهش درآمد و پس‌انداز روستاییان که درنتیجه مغفول ماندن کشاورزی و دامداری رخ داده‌است مهم‌ترین اثر اقتصادی حاصل از گسترش رشد کلان‌شهری در روستای مهرآباد است.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of Socio-Economic Effects of Metropolises on Suburban Villages from the Perspective of Local Communities (Case study: Mehrabad village - Damavand city)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Cities and villages are the main centers of human societies. They shape the geographical foundations of an area that have special relationships with each other based on socio-economic and spatial characteristics. The rapid spread of technology in recent decades has transformed the way of living and working in cities and villages. On the one hand, this expansion has caused anti-urbanism and on the other hand, it has increased the desire for second homes and rest in places far from cities. This is especially the case for neighboring villages in metropolitan areas, especially Tehran and other large cities. Therefore, every rural settlement located on the outskirts and around these urban centers has been exposed to attention and impact, which affected the villages in different ways. The question is that how villagers see these developments and how they feel the impacts of such changes. The purpose of this article is to study the social and economic effects of the expansion and growth of the metropolis of Tehran in the village of Mehrabad from the perspective of the residents themselves. The research method is based on documentary and field studies and quantitative and qualitative methods. The statistical population of this research is the householders of Mehrabad village (612 households), form which, due to financial and time constraints, the researcher selected 230 householders using the Cochran formula. The next step was to randomly distribute a questionnaire among the householders and to analyze the answers using SPSS software. The results showed that, in the social aspect, the most important effect of metropolitan growth and urbanization in Mehrabad village was the change of the attitude of villagers towards rural life and economic activity, and in the economic aspect, it was the imbalance in employment and the decrease in income and savings of the villagers, which has occurred as a result of neglecting agriculture and animal husbandry.
