عنوان فارسی بررسی تفسیری آیه قوامیت بر پایه تمایزهای تکوینی زن و مرد
چکیده فارسی مقاله مسئله قوامیت که در آیه 34 سوره نساء مطرح شده است، همواره محل بحث و تفسیر محققان بوده است. این نوشتار با بررسی دیدگاه‌های گوناگون درباره این مسئله، حکمت تشریع آن را بررسی نموده است. این رویکرد قرآنی همواره مورد هجمه کسانی است که جایگاه و نقش هریک از زن و مرد در نظام آفرینش را لحاظ نکرده و با گرایش‌های عمدتاً فمینیستی و مبتنی بر مبانی حقوقی غرب، آموزه‌های قرآنی را متهم به متأثر بودن از فرهنگ عصر نزول، مردسالاری و فروکاستن جایگاه زنان کرده‌اند. این نوشتار، در راستای رفع شبهات و ابهام‌های برخاسته از عدم درک صحیح آیه، با تکیه‌بر آموزه‌های قرآنی و آراء مفسران با تحلیل انتقادی، مبانی عقلی، نقلی و منشأ تشریع حکم قوامیت و گستره آن و ارتباط این حکم با طبیعت هر یک از زن و مرد را تشریح می‌کند. سپس ارتباط راهکار تربیتی تنبیه در صورت نشوز، به‌عنوان آخرین پیشنهاد را با مسئله قوامیت تبیین کرده و آراء مفسرانی که آیه مذکور را حاکی از برتری ذاتی مردان بر زنان دانسته‌اند، نقد و بررسی می‌نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی An Interpretive Study of the Verse of Qawwamiyya Based on the Creational Differences between Men and Women
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The issue of qawwamiyyat, which is raised in verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', has always been the subject of discussion and interpretation by scholars. This article examines the reasonable why of its legislation by examining various perspectives in the field. This Qur'anic approach has always been attacked by those who do not consider the position and role of each man and woman in the system of creation and accuse the Qur'anic teachings of being influenced by the culture of the age of revelation, patriarchy and degrading the status of women, with mainly feminist tendencies based on Western legal principles. They have replaced women. This article, in order to remove the doubts and ambiguities arising from the lack of correct understanding of the verse and relying on Quranic teachings and the opinions of commentators with critical analysis, explains rational, narrative principles and the origin of legislation of the verse and its relationship with the nature of each woman and man. He then explains the relationship between the educational strategy of punishment in case of failure, as a last resort, with the issue of qawwamiyyat, and critiques the views of the commentators who consider the verse to indicate the inherent superiority of men over women.
