عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان کارآیی پایگاه‏های اطلاعاتی مگ ایران ، نورمگز و اس.آی.دی. در بازیابی و ربط مباحث علم اطلاعات و دانش‏شناسی با استفاده از کلیدواژه‏های آزاد و مقایسه آنها از نظر میزان استفاده از کلیدواژه‏های مهارشده
چکیده فارسی مقاله سرعت در بازیابی و انتقال اطلاعات و پوشش موضوعی، دو عامل مهمی هستند که امروزه مورد توجه پایگاه‏های اطلاعاتی قرار می‏گیرد. در حقیقت یک پایگاه اطلاعاتی در حوزه موضوعی خاص وقتی می‏تواند معتبر باشد که درصد زیادی از کلیدواژه‏های موضوعی آن حوزه را تحت پوشش قرار دهد و به تبع آن برای آن حوزه موضوعی بیشترین منابع را در اختیار بگذارد. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه پایگاه‏های اطلاعاتی نورمگز، مگ ایران و اس.آی.دی. از نظر تعداد نتایج بازیابی و ربط موضوعی واژگان علم اطلاعات و دانش‏شناسی بر اساس کلیدواژه‏های آزاد و مهار شده به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. کلیه مجله‏های حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‏شناسی مورد تأیید وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری، اخذ شده از آخرین فهرست نشریات معتبر این وزارتخانه در اسفند ماه سال 1392 و کلیدواژه‏های اخذ شده از مقالات موجود در این مجله‏ها، جامعه آماری آن محسوب شدند. جستجو و مقایسه کلیدواژه‏های موضوعی منتخب از بین کلیدواژه‏های مهار شده در پژوهش حاضر در هر یک از پایگاه‏های مگ ایران، نورمگز و اس.آی.دی (سید) نشان داد که تعداد نتایج بازیابی شده واژگان آزاد و مهارشده علم اطلاعات و دانش‏شناسی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی نورمگز به نسبت دو پایگاه دیگر زیادتر است. از طرف دیگر بررسی میزان ربط موضوعی مقالات اخذ شده از جستجوی این کلیدواژ‏ه‏ها نیز نشان‏داد که توانایی این پایگاه به نسبت دو پایگاه دیگر در دریافت مقالات مرتبط بیشتر است. به علاوه اگر چه عناوین مجله‏های موجود در پایگاه اطلاعاتی مگ ایران از دو پایگاه دیگر بیشتر بوده و این پایگاه به نسبت دو پایگاه دیگر روزآمدتر می‏باشد اما پایگاه اطلاعاتی نورمگز از تعداد شمارگان مجله‏های بیشتری برخوردار است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Today, Speed and coverage are two important factors that are considered by databases. In fact, a database in a particular subject area can be valid when a large percentage of the area covered by the thematic keywords and consequently it can provide most of the resources with the resources for that subject. The present study was conducted based on analytical - survey method with the main objectives of comparing Noormagz, Magiran and SID databases according to the rate of information, knowledge retrieval, and relevance of thematic vocabulary by free and controlled Keywords as well as Secondary objectives of comparing the coverage and overlap of these three databases of indexed journals in the field of information science and knowledge. All journals in the field of information and knowledge science are approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, according to the latest list of valid publications of this ministry in March 2016 , and key words taken from the articles in these journals were considered population of this research. Searching and comparing selected thematic keywords in each of the study databases indicated that there are a huge difference regarding free and controlled vocabulary retrieval of information and knowledge science in Noormagz database compared to the other two sites. In addition, studying the thematic relevance of research data showed that the ability of this database for receiving other related articles is more than two other databases. Although the titles of journals in Magiran database were more than those two databases and this database compared to two other databases was more update, the number of journals published in Noormagz database were more than others.
