عنوان فارسی عوامل مؤثر بر روحیه کارآفرینی در بین جوانان مهارت آموخته فنی و حرفه‌ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله آموزش­های فنی و حرفه­ای یکی از شیوه­های مؤثر در تربیت نیروی متخصص می­باشند. لذا سرمایه­گذاری در این آموزش­ها در جوامع امروزی، امری حیاتی و عامل مؤثری جهت اشتغال در بخش­های مختلف و کاهش بیکاری است. یکی از مهارت­های مورد نیاز برای گنجاندن در برنامه­های درسی دوره­های مهارت آموزی، کارآفرینی می­باشد. با توجه به اهمیت نقش کارآفرینی در رابطه با ایجاد تحول و دگرگونی و ایده­های نو در جهت جلوگیری از زوال سازمان­ها، نوآوری و کارآفرینی در واقع پله­های نردبان ترقی هستند که بایستی با موفقیت و آگاهی کامل طی شوند. متأسفانه بسیاری از فارغ­التحصیلان دانشگاهی کشورمان به دلیل عدم آشنایی با حوزه مهارت و کارآفرینی، نمی­توانند پس از فارغ­التحصیلی توان علمی خود را در بُعد عملی اجرا کنند. در این راستا، مطالعه کاربردی حاضر با هدف بررسی راهکارهای توسعه مهارت و کارآفرینی در مراکز فنی و حرفه­ای، به روش کتابخانه­ای و بر اساس جمع­آوری اطلاعات صورت گرفته است. نتایج بررسی نشان می­دهد که در دیگر کشورها نیز تقریباً تمامی مؤسسات آموزشی به نوعی با فنی و حرفه­ای درگیرند، به گونه­ای که آموزش­های ترکیبی می­توانند با ایجاد یک مسیر رشد تحصیلی-شغلی جهت دستیابی به تخصص و مهارت­های عالی در تعیین مسیر شغلی جوانان در دنیای واقعی کار کمک کنند. همچنین نقش سازمان فنی و حرفه­ای در ایجاد خلاقیت و نوآوری، توسعه کارآفرینی، ایجاد انگیزه در نیروی کار و ارائه فرصتی برای نمایش شایستگی­ها و توانمندی­های جوانان غیر قابل انکار می­باشد. در پایان با ارائه پیشنهاداتی سعی می­گردد سازمان­ها و مؤسسات آموزشی، زیرساخت­های لازم را در محیط آموزشی ایجاد نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors affecting the entrepreneurial spirit among young people who have learned technical and professional skills
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Technical and professional training is one of the effective methods in training of specialized staff. Therefore, investing in these trainings in today's societies is a vital and effective factor for employment in various sectors and reducing unemployment. One of the skills required to be included in the curriculum of training courses is entrepreneurship. Given the importance of the entrepreneurship role in creating transformation and new ideas to prevent the decline of organization, innovation and entrepreneurship are ladders of progress that must be successfully and consciously climbed. Unfortunately, many university graduates in our country, cannot apply their scientific ability in a practical dimension after graduation due to lack of familiarity with the field of skills and entrepreneurship. In this regard, the present applied study has been conducted with the aim of examining skills development and entrepreneurship strategies in technical and professional centers, using the library method and based on data collection. The results show that in other countries, almost all educational institutes are involved with some technical and professional way, so that combined education can create a path of educational-professional growth to achieve expertise and excellent skills in determining careers of young people in real world of work. Also, the role of technical and professional organization is undeniable in crating creativity and innovation, developing entrepreneurship, motivating the workforce and providing an opportunity to demonstrate the competencies and capabilities of young people. At the end, it is offered that organizations and educational institutes create the necessary infrastructure in the educational environment.
