عنوان فارسی بررسی انطباق محتوای برنامه درسی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت با شرح وظایف شغلی از دید کارکنان ستادی سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور طی سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف از پژوهش حاضر؛ تعیین میزان انطباق محتوای برنامه درسی دوره­های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان ستادی سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه­ای با شرح وظایف کارکنان در حوزه­های دهگانه ستادی در سال 1399 بود. روش تحقیق پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی بوده که در خلال آن از مطالعه اسنادی و پیمایش استفاده شده است. به همین منظور از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به تعداد 60 گویه برای حوزه­های دهگانه ستادی تهیه شد. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان ستادی سازمان آموزش فنی و حرفه ای کشور به تعداد 400 نفر بوده که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان در نهایت 196 نفر به روش طبقه­ای تصادفی از ده حوزه تخصصی سازمان آموزش فنی وحرفه ای کشور انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که میزان انطباق محتوای برنامه درسی دوره­های آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان با شرح وظایف آنان در حوزه­های راهبری اجرای آموزش، نظارت، بهسازی و هدایت شغلی، آموزشگاه­های آزاد و مشارکت مردمی، توسعه فناوری­های نوین آموزشی، پژوهش، طرح و برنامه­ریزی درسی، برنامه، بودجه و نوسازی و منابع انسانی و پشتیبانی در حد متوسط به پایین و ضعیف حاصل شد و در حوزه­های سنجش مهارت و صلاحیت حرفه‌ای، امور مسابقات ملی و بین­المللی مهارت و امور مالی و ذیحسابی، میزان انطباق در حد متوسط به پایین حاصل نشد همچنین به ترتیب میانگین رتبه­ای از کمترین به بیشترین انطباق  برای کلیه حوزه های دهگانه بررسی شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Assessing the compliance of the content of the curriculum of in-service training courses with the description of job duties from the Staff's point of view of Technical and Vocational Training Organization in 2020
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of the present study was to assess the compliance of the content of the curriculum of in-service training courses with the description of job duties from the Staffchr('39')s point of view of The Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Tehran in 2020. The research method which used in this study is descriptive in which documents and surveys were used. for this purpose, the questionnaire was prepared by the researcher with 60 questions which had divided into 10 Specialized areas. the statistical sample was conducted by stratified random sampling method and Morgan chart, and finally 196 of the ten specialized areas were selected as a sample of the questionnaire. the findings indicated that the degree of conformity of the curriculum content by job description in areas; Administrative training governance, Supervision improvement and professional guide, Modern technology development, Private sector and partnership ,Research planning and programming, General directorate of human resources and logistics, Planning, renovating and developing IT offices is low, which indicates a very poor compliance of the curricula And in the areas ;international skills competition management affairs, Skills and Vocational qualification assessment ,General Directorate of financial affairs and monetary observation offices, the level of conformity to those areas is not reached , but this result is not generalizable to the entire field - related staff . The mean rating of the minimum level of conformity with the highest compliance are examined.
